“The printing team is top notch! I trust them to be kind and dependable. Even when I know they are busy, they slow down to answer my questions and give me guidance on my printing needs. As a local author and educator, this means a lot. They are also open late, which has been helpful.
Now, I am planning a large event. My knee-jerk for such a large order is to "shop local." But the kindness and patience I recieve from Chris and the rest of the printing team IS local. It feels like I am interacting with people in my community (which I am) instead of a big corporate beast. Thank you so much Staples of Lansing!”

“I did a return of an eBay purchase. One of those deals where eBay sends me a QR code and FedEx prints the label. All went according to plan. Smooooth! The store is huge with several available services. Lots of staff on hand. I got immediate assurance with my little project. Overall a good experience. FedEx rates were $20 cheaper than UPS, BTW according to eBay.”

“Jamie was great. We took about a dozen of my wife's paintings (48"x60") to be scanned. They have an amazing large format 3d scanner (which is why we drove in from ohio) Jamie and Kyle got everything done in about 2 hours, and shared great information all through the process. You can tell they take pride in their work and have great attention to all of the little details. The detail and texture that is visible in the scanned files is amazing.
