The most important thing I was looking for was price when I was shopping around for a storage unit. A few months after I got the unit they increased the monthly rate from $42 to $69. This 64% increase was not the end of a promotional rate. Such a large % increase didn’t sit well with me so we found a new place to store our belongings.

Had a storage unit here for almost a year. The staff is helpful and friendly. The price is decent. Would have been a 5 star but there was an incident during my stay where someone sawed through the lock on my unit, which luckily did not result in any loss as my unit had no valuables at the time. The staff did everything right from their end and informed me immediately and offered me a replacement lock. But that said, the location is somewhat sketchy. I probably wouldn’t store anything highly valuable in here unless I had a double lock on my unit. Can’t blame Prime storage for that as they handled it properly, but its important to know the area and the potentials.
