My partner and I stopped in to look for a wedding gift for close friends. Rather than being greeted, the store associate scoffed and asked what we were looking for as she looked us up and down. We informed her we were browsing as our friends eloped and we wanted to purchase them something special to celebrate. She immediately said "I suggest you go to Williams Sonoma then" and walked away. We immediately left and walked down to WS where we happily spent $300+ and had exceptional customer service. Unfortunately I didn't get her name as she was quick to ignore us, but I would highly suggest shopping elsewhere and will never stop in this location again.

I am very disappointed that I arranged for a design specialist to meet at my home about 5 weeks ago, from the Lansing store, she texted me a few weeks later explaining she was very busy and I said no problem, waited a few more weeks and called the store and asked if Tammie still worked there and explained the situation… to Lori, another design expert and she promised to have Tammie follow up with me and that was a week ago… I pretty much know what I want but may have to search elsewhere for furniture as no one from the Lansing store seems interested in getting back to me. It amazes me as If an employee searches my data base, I have spent something like $20,000 in the last 10 years…. I am in Sales myself and this goes completely against my philosophy of taking care of the client ….signed, still waiting ….

Everything is so close together in this store that I couldn’t even fit my small wheelchair. My husband had to move things out of the way literally all over the entire store for me to get through. I tried to address it with a manager and she passively said they’d look into their spacing, but honestly that didn’t sound too promising. She just seemed annoyed that I even brought it up. No “I’m sorry about that” or anything. So not okay. So disappointing for a store to not be accessible in 2021 and for the manager and other workers to not even really care. Very ableist of them. They can get through so that’s all they care about. They clearly don’t care about people with disabilities. Again, very disappointing.

Rude mask nazis. They have a "company policy", not an executive order, not the law, not compliance with the American with Disabilities Act just an obnoxious policy. If you live in the free world avoid them at all costs.

Never had an issue at any of the Pottery Barn locations we’ve gone to, but this one was head and shoulders above the rest. Called looking for an item and the individual on the phone was very helpful. When we came into pick it up, was greater at the entrance with a hello. The sales rep that helps was very courteous. After picking up the item we had purchased, we asked about another item that was showing no longer available, and they found that it 1 one was available out of a location in Maryland. Would go back again and would recommend to anyone.

Very helpfull staff. The lighting ia a tad expensive... But their selection was great. They have a couple of really cool reading lights.

Great place quality products and friendly service. Just remember everything is negotiable, no matter what it is. I once purchased a hitch listed at $1050.00 for less than $500.00. All I had to do was ask.

I called and was able to have a console table shipped to the store for 24.99 versus 199.00 shipping online to my house. Very friendly and helpful associate. Bedding and all linens have always been excellent quality!

In the past I've had a great experience with their products. I bought a big lounge chair for my dorm and after only having it for about 10 days it ripped. There's a pottery Barn store in town but the won't pick it up, I don't have a car, and I don't have the original box. They're not very helpful with returns. Very unhappy with the product and the return shipping accomodations.
