The person who came out gave me misinformation about my patio door glass and basically told me I should get Pella to replace it or get a new door. He only looked at the brand without inspecting the specifics of the model. After consulting with Pella, I learned that the glass was indeed replaceable. I called another company and they are going to fix it. The people on the phone are courteous and professional.

We were able to go in on a Friday 1/2 hour before they closed and get same day service. They were so helpful and kind, definitely will be a repeat customer.

I could not talk to a person! My first time breaking a windshield, I have insurance. I just wanted to talk to a person to see how to proceed but they have this awful automated answering service that made sure I would look for a different company.

So disappointed in their service. They are the glass supplier for AAA. Wish they were better at that job.Apparently Safelight just bought all the small and independent glass dealers in Lansing and are having a hard time getting started.

A+ customer service. I showed up to Henderson/Safelite with plans to schedule an appointment for a windshield replacement. I also had questions regarding the replacement and process. Upon the tech looking it over, they determined doing a chip repair would be ideal. They actually repaired it on the spot while I went to lunch. They did the leg work with the insurance as well. Lori, Penny, Pat, and the technician were all a pleasure to work with. Penny and Pat explained the warranty, handled the transaction, and eased my initial worries as a first-timer. My replacement was quick and turned out great! The technician answered all of my questions before and after installation. I wish I remembered his name, he did a great job!Also, I had two minor issues and the manager, Lori, resolved both quickly and without issue. She genuinely cares that customers leave satisfied and without worry. She is awesome! We had some windshield issues that were not able to be handled by the dealer we regularly use, they recommended Henderson. I thought I was just dropping off the car for my wife, but unexpectedly I had to deal with insurance claim, damage info, etc. Lori was helping me and was very patient and understanding. She was very helpful and dealt with my situation very nicely. My windshield seal had separated. I was in the area and they said they could get to it in a few hours even without appointment. I walked to a local restaurant for lunch and within 2 hrs my car was ready . . .and at reasonable price. Very courteous.

Had a very pleasant experience at Pollack Glass ! Staff was very friendly , very prompt and took time to tell me exactly what they would be doing . Did a very good job and will definitely use them again in the future for my glass needs . ?

They made the process of scheduling and replacing my windshield very easy and they were helpful and nice. The reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is because when I went to pickup they did not finish assembling the trim around the window. They did fix it after bringing it up but even then they did a mediocre job and reapplying the trim. The technician I talked to was clearly annoyed that I wanted it fixed. I will probably use another glass shop in town next time.
