They let me book a plan to store some stuff and then return it prior to moving. I knew when and where I was moving when I booked. When it came time to return the POD to fill it and complete my move, I was told they don't deliver to where I was moving. I had to cancel and schedule a moving company at the last minute.I also needed to access my POD and was told I couldn't until 2 days after the request.I had triple checked when I booked that I would have access at any time and that they delivered where I was moving. I had noticed other complaints so told I wanted to be certain.Don't trust them!!

PODS made our storage needs so easy. Everything was set up online and we never had to worry about it. The delivery guy was great! He made sure he put it in a place that wouldn't cause any problems!

It’s too bad that when you only use the POD for 2 weeks out of an entire month they won’t give a refund for the amount of time that you don’t need…but revenue above customer satisfaction the new business model of America

Simple and easy. Online, I was able delivery of the POD to the old (first) house, its relocation to the new (secnod) house, and the removal of the POD from the new (second) house. I used the loading and unloading service recommended by PODS, the Pack & Load Service, which went well too. Everything was loaded and unloaded without any damage or difficulty.

I hate this entire set up. There is no way to call and speak to a person. My container has been damaged by someone trying to break into ot and I can't use it. Do you think I can talk to a human about it, no! There's no human option and every phone number I find goes to the same robot. More than a little upset!

When I ordered my pod, I was told 100%. It wouldn’t block me in my garage. They came and dropped it right in the middle of my garage and block me in for four days. Trying to work with customer service on this matter has been terrible. I called in every 5 to 7 days and they tell me to wait 5 to 7 days. I finally got Connected to a customer service specialist after three weeks for them to not have any any information that I’ve already spoken to other representatives with, and to literally just tell me sorry there is no compensation (I was already offered $150 and wanted more dues to missing days of work) and sometimes we can’t place it where we want to because of safety which is wrong because they came out and put it exactly where it needed to be.

Devon, a driver from this location, went above and beyond and helped us through a tough spot. My husband and I were driving from NY to MI with a newborn, 2 dogs and 2 horses in one day, and our POD had been incorrectly scheduled for delivery the day AFTER our arrival (no fault of the Lansing location). I called customer service panicked around 330 when it had not yet arrived, and was told that they reached out to the manager of this location and no drivers were available because cause it was the end of the day. The customer rep put in a request for ASAP delivery the following morning, and we started looking for a hotel. About 20 minutes later I got a call from Devon, saying he saw our delivery request as he was packing up and would deliver for us same day. He called after it’s arrival and took what was a really stressful situation and a long day and completely fixed it for us by working a bit later than scheduled. I sincerely hope PODS is able to provide him some sort of reward or recognition for this. We are incredibly grateful for his kindness and work ethic!

After considering several options, we decided to use PODS for our elderly parents cross country move. I spoke with the representatives over the phone several times during the moving process. Each time they were very helpful, efficient and friendly. The steps were explained to me in detail and everything happened as expected.I would not hesitate to use PODS for any moving or storage needs I have in the future.
