Not happy with this bank at all. I did power of attorney for my dad and got the run around. Had to go there 4 times because of mistakes they made. Always have to wait days just to sign a paper

I live in Portland, MI. Now and this is the Branch I have always went to. On 5/1/24 around 2:00 p.m. I walked in and noticed there was no one that I had ever seen before? They only had one teller working the drive-thru which was backed up and only one teller working the front counter which was at least three to four people backed up also!!! It looked like they only had 3 other employees 2 in a office helping one couple? And one tucked away in the back room somewhere?After waiting for the two people ahead of me 15 minutes later I got up to the teller and asked to deposit my rolled change which she did without any problem. Then I asked for a small stack of penny rolls because I had run out? She handed me two individual penny rolls? I asked if I could have at least 10 of which she got up and pulled some out of another drawer and started counting each one while there was three to four people waiting behind me in line? (What an IDIOT) I then said out loud, "It doesn't matter how many? Just a small amount it can be 8, 11, 12 I don't care?" Trying not to hold up the line with my request!!! I then asked if I could get a document notarized and she said that there was NO ONE available to do it, that I would have to schedule an appointment later in the afternoon? I explained to her that I live almost 30 miles away and that was not an option? I asked about the other branch just down the street on Waverly road and Saginaw highway and she stated that that branch had closed????? WOW!!! It is clear to me that PNC Bank is going down the drain fast!!!! Being frustrated I turn to walk out and said our loud, This bank has really gone downhill and the service here "stinks" and is "Very Bad!!!! I then proceeded to head back home and stopped at a bank in Grand ledge who had three to four tellers working and notarized my document right there at the teller's window! As soon as my checks run out from PNC Bank I plan on closing my account and transferring it to this new bank! So if you bank at PNC I would suggest you look seriously for another institution A.S.A.P.!!!!!!!!

Avoid using this bank at all cost, poor customer service. And more importantly they lose your money when you ask them for transfer. and they say it’s 3rd parties fault. And you have to call whoever to figure it out.The worst banking experience ever !Stay away from PNC in general.

Never get good service here. Always understaffed, and the staff there is curt, careless, and disorganized. Not able to deal with issues same day.

Place is terrible. They are holding my grandmothers money for over a month and refusing to transfer it to the trust account. They don't return calls. They ask foe the same info they already have and stall despite needing to disperse funds in 3 days. This led to late bills for the estate and more expenses for us. Getting a lawyer.

Hands down the worst PNC in Lansing. Tellers are rude with terrible communication skills and druve through times are very long. Recommend going else where!

Had an excellent experience at this branch on a busy day. Was attempting to use a promotional offer on my credit card and the bank manager was very helpful to both myself and the teller in figuring out how to get cash in hand for me that day.

PNC has really surprised me, they have been awesome!! But this branch has really gone above and beyond in customer service. Justin has been so extremely helpful and always there to help out with any questions or problems. Lucky we walked into this one!! Thank you!!

This is the worst bank in Lansing! Do not go here. I had an issue with a fraudulent charge on my account. The woman I spoke to in the bank would not help me out. She kept telling me that she wasn't able to do anything. I sat at her desk and called corporate, and the very first person on the phone was able to help me within 5 min and was very nice. I was wearing a t-shirt and jeans when I entered the bank. The woman behind the desk took one look at my tattoos on my arms and decided she wasn't going to help me. People like this should NOT be in a customer service position. I won't mention her name, but she still works there. Avoid this place at all costs!!
