The manager I spoke to about local restaurants was absolutely phenomnal. He was very helpful and took care of my request. Unfortuntely I will not be staying with PNC due to the customer service on the phone and help trying to enroll in online banking.

This branch is amazing. If you made my review of the PNC branch on Lake Lansing, which is literally hell on earth, this place single-handedly stopped me from burning down every PNC branch in America. Brian, the manager, is awesome and went out of his way to help me at the end of the day when the sent here by Satan just to make everyone’s life hell Lake Lansing branch rejected me. Thank you Brian!

Place is terrible. They are holding my grandmothers money for over a month and refusing to transfer it to the trust account. They don't return calls. They ask foe the same info they already have and stall despite needing to disperse funds in 3 days. This led to late bills for the estate and more expenses for us. Getting a lawyer.

I love walking into a financial institution that’s holding my money and being treated as if not a single employee could care less that I’m there. 2 separate branches I’ve now driven to to send a wire transfer and I’ve nothing but sit around and wait at both. “Ten minutes” it’s been 20. The app doesn’t work, you can’t reach a human being on the phone, only choice is to come into a branch office and wait for hours. Because I don’t have a job, a schedule or other appointments apparently.

I’m writing this for every single PNC location in the world. Don’t bank here if you’re trying to save for your future. Money could be in your savings account, the company will still allow merchants to take money out of your checking account even at a zero balance making you go into negative then eventually pulling from your savings. What’s the point of a “savings account” if you’re not allowing me to save? Also what’s the point of allowing me to check “no overdraft” if you’re still letting merchants take money out of a zero account balance? PNC knows you have money in your savings so when a merchant tries to swipe a payment PNC will just let them even if you have no money in the primary checking. Other banks do not allow merchants to pull payments out of accounts if the funds are not available in that account. Why does PNC pull from my savings when I specifically told the banker to not allow overdraft!? Don’t have a savings account here, I don’t recommend it! I’m probably about to find a new bank anyway because the bankers never listen to your requests about your accounts, almost as if they just do what they want for you.

Sterling was the most respectful and kind individual I have had the pleasure of coming into contact with. Faith in humanity has been restored by this dapper and charming fellow.

Had to hire a lawyer to fight over $8,000 in fraudulent charges over 6 months. All the charges were made to fake companies in another country. This is the most incompetent bank I've ever seen. Why not though, when they charged me almost a grand in overdraft fees. They told me to fight the last 2 months worth and then denied it because of a "history we with vendor" the history was the other fraudulent charges. It felt like they set me up to lose and not get refunded. Awful awful awful bank

Save yourself some time and join a credit union. The people are usually nice but there is no comparison for conveniency.

When making a deposit, anticipate waiting 4 days to access any of the funds.
