Staff is very friendly and Knowledgeable. Have accounts and loads through them. They helped me step by step.I've had problems with other banks. I've been with pnc every since they can to lansing.

Revamped lobby is inconvenient and disturbing. Fake teller even more so, why ask if they can help me if they must go to teller to finish transactions... Makes no sense.I don't want multiple people involved with my transactions. The 1 and only teller Greg (who is very nice) ran out of currency at 1030 in the morning and needed to leave his post for more !!! Don't u have other people for this so he can man his post and do his job taking care of us ? Also answering the phone with a warning about recording is completely ignorant since we cannot opt out of this communist type forced invasion of our privacy. Very very disturbing...... Never get any accounts here. I only visit here as I have no choice.

The teller made a “mistake” and made a $100 withdrawal on my account after I deposited a large check over $10k. I called them immediately and they said they made a mistake and returned my money. There are much better banks out there.

It's a nicely placed bank. So glad it's so close to where I'm staying. Better than riding or taking the bus clear to somewhere else

Worst mortgage company I could ever imagine. A rep named Joel kept losing our documents so we had to send them again. Now 2 days prior to closing they , after all approvals were done, demanded that we pay off both of our vehicles before we can close. What a nightmare!

I recently moved to America and PNC is my first and current bank. And I think that's how it is going to stay. Every branch I've been to, including this one, has had very nice tellers who welcome you very cordially. On top of that the service was quick and efficient.
