We went to 2 bridal shops in Lansing. Pierre's was the first shop and the girls there are so awesome! So helpful and cheerful, truly professional! We ended up coming back to Pierre's after an awful experience and bought my daughters wedding dress and a bridesmaids dress!

Called 4 times on different days to make an appointment to look at wedding dresses. Just to ask if they had a certain dress in stock. Now I'm driving 3 hours to go to a different shop since this one can't answer their phones.
