Joe the car guy was amazing during the whole process, made everything as easy as buying a new car can be. Got an amazing new car couldn't be happier! The paperwork process was easy and fast. Would recommend paradise motors to anyone and everyone looking for a new car and doesn't have the best credit.

Was lied to the whole way through. This is the first bad review I’ve ever given to a company. We were under the impression we were buying a vehicle, through the whole process. Me and my husband aren’t experts in cars, and Joe knew that. He also knew my husband was in a rough patch in life with his credit, but needed a vehicle desperately. Joe did get him in a vehicle, but the week he started driving it, it had multiple problems. Joe said to send it back and he’ll fix it, and they never did. But at first when we test drove it, and mentioned the problems we saw, and the light that popped up on the dash, Joe acted as if he had no idea and that it must of been a fluke because the truck is in ‘perfect condition”. But we call about the problems, and he knew exactly what we were talking about. And then claimed to fix it, but didn’t.
My husband passed out while driving in the truck recently. (Medical emergency) Insurance and the company who he makes payments to, informed us we were in a lease. Now, no where, or ever did Joe say it was a lease. He made is seem the whole way through me husband was buying and going to OWN the car. Now my husband either has to pay the rest of the lease off, (the interest rates were astronomically high) and since it was a lease and we didn’t know it, we have to pay off the rest of what insurance won’t pay. Because they only pay for the value. So either we stay at Paradise Motors, and LEASE AGAIN, or be stuck paying 9,000 out of our own pocket. The lady who we spoke to on the phone was very nice, and said it definitely ISNT THE FIRST TIME someone has called saying they got scammed into a lease. So I’m just writing this so everyone reads the fine print, and to go with your gut if you feel something is off. Your gut is almost always right.

I still can hardly believe how amazing the sales person Joe was. He was very patient and conscientious of my needs. I was about to give up and he searched the inventory bringing in two more cars and in rolled mine. I was very happy. Once I made the decision, everything moved smoothly: Credit, insurance, plates. The entire team at Paradise worked in unison to make it happen. Really, it could've been a commercial. A whole week was summed up in an hour. I hope everyone can get what they need when looking for a used car and don't listen to the bull about Paradise. For sure, Joe is the best.

Joe was awesome to deal with. Very friendly, fair, and down to business.
It's true that they say yes when others say no. I had come from another dealership that promised bad credit financing and they said no, try back in y months. Less than an hour later I was approved and had my vehicle picked out.
Did develop a noise on the way home that wasn't there when we test drive it HOWEVER, contacted Joe right away and they are fixing the issue
Very happy with my experience, people with bad credit should ABSOLUTELY stop by Paradise.
