My entire family were taken care of by Palmer bush when they passed on. The funerals were beautiful They took care of me like I was family. You cannot find a better funeral home than Palmer bush and Jenson. Thank you

Please just don't there are more, better, people out there.Poor form, even the Director that I chose to use in the end told me that has been doing this over 20 years and he has never see a body come to him like this.I sent my mother to these "butchers" to prepare her after after she passed to be sent to another state.To start, they almost dropped her down my stairs and smashed her head on my railing while taking her out of the room. I did let this slide because the guy almost fell as well. But when I saw her after the preparation and the transportation.... she looked like they threw her down the stairs, or hung her body up and used her body for kicking bag. She was purple. The only part of her not purple was her face. They also refuse to talk to me about this. I have been trying to collect her clothes but they have no empathy. The director over there hung up on me because I was distraught. I would never use them again. Please reconsider if you think of using these people.#moreLansingfails

The friendly and compassionate staff at Palmer Bush & Jensen Family Funeral Homes has been a true blessing to our family, and that of many of our friends. No detail is missed, and in each case I have been involved with them, they have been nothing short of exemplary to deal with. I have, and will continue to refer anyone to consider using their services. It is so nice to work with a local, family run Funeral Home that still cares about their customers and community more than just their "bottom line." Thank you Al Jensen and your whole staff.

In this most heart breaking of times Palmer Bush Jensen Funeral home was the most compassionate and helpful business to work with. They were not pushy and listened to everything we had to say. They were so accommodating as this was a somewhat complex service due to Covid. They have truly been "full service" as they take care of you before, during and after the death of your loved one. They have reached out several times to make sure I am doing ok and even have grief/support groups should you need it.I can not recommend them enough.

These people went above and beyond for my grandpas funeral. They really took a load off of us and made the whole process as easy as possible. I will use them again for sure.

Amazing staff. They were so accommodating and empathetic. They made the funeral process so easy to plan. They were there to answer all of our questions during the funeral and even after the funeral. They helped my mother with her life insurance and receiving her GM benefits.
