We went on a Monday night to get a new battery and the employee there was super helpful and was willing to help us install in then but we had to order the battery. We were told that they could install it the next day. My husband called them today (they didn’t call us like they said they would) and he was told they didn’t have time today even though we were told they would have time for us. After asking a question to clarify the situation, they just hung up on us. This was a different employee than Monday night.

I needed windshield wipers. The assistant Brad was very nice and helpful! He took the time to make sure he was getting the right size, I paid for them and thanked him very much for his help! Then he put his jacket on and said he would put them on for me! I told him that I planned on doing that myself. Then he pointed out the sign that said basically if you purchase them they will install them for free!! I never paid attention to the sign! He was so very polite, nice and very helpful! He is an asset to your company! Thank you Brad!!!

Stopped in because my mother needed assistance replacing her rear wiper on her Chevy Traverse after other unsuccessful attempts. The employee Rebecca went out and replaced it for my mother and was happy to help. We appreciate her willingness to help and take care of issues.

I bought 2 sets of wiper blades for my vehicles. i used their little blade computer. neither would work for the vehicles i bought them for. then Rebecca told me if she wasnt on restrictions she would show me they fit and threw them on the counter. i have never been treated so rude. She acted like she knew more about my truck than i did. Never going back. will take my business somewhere else
