I live about 60 feet from this place. The cops are not ALWAYS there. The guys inside are VERY nice. Sure, the cost of some things are more expensive than other places, but you are paying for convenience. This place is clean. They have a great variety as far as snacks, beverages, and alcohols go. I go there pretty much every day and I never feel threatened.
