(Update: I would highly advise that if you are purchasing a car from here that you take it to your mechanic not their claim of pre-certified before signing the contract. I was in desperate need of a vehicle and didn't follow my own advice now stuck with over $2000 in repairs needed the day I drove it off their lot because or a collision that wasn't discloseed.
The staff here is awesome they went out of the way to make sure my wife and I got into the right vehicle for our budget. Highly recommend

The worst car purchase experience I have ever had. I chose OK auto mart because they were an independently owned local business from the city I had grown up in. I went to purchase a car because I am graduating college and needed something new for work. When I met with the salesman, he informed me the vehicle had a complete inspection and was a perfect car with no issues and low milage. I thought it would be a perfect vehicle for me. Two months into driving my new car, I had the check engine light turn on. I took it to the mechanic to find out they sold me a vehicle with obvious unreported collision damage. The mechanic even found fur and flesh in the engine. The numerous issues found are, malfunctioning O2 sensors, dented and leaking radiator, non-function AC condenser and cooling fans, leaking radiator hoses as well as countless missing screws, clips and other securing hardware. The mechanic stated the only thing repaired from the collision was the bumper. The worst part is when I called OK auto to inform them of my experience, the owner called me a liar and told me I did not know what I was talking about. Then he called me back, stating he spoke to my mechanic and offered to fix my vehicle for 1,800 if I tow it to him two hours away which would be an additional 1500. I later spoke with the mechanic and found out the owner had lied. The owner never spoke to the mechanic and offered to complete the repairs for way more than the mechanic quoted me. I have found at least fifteen other people with email addresses who have similar experiences in the past three months alone. This is not only a scam but a business who makes money on getting away with fraud. If anyone else has had this issue, you can make a state file claim with the Secertary of State to potentially get a fraud settlement, if you have enough documentation of the fraud. I would never recommend this deanship to anyone and I make a point to ensure my friends and family do not get victimized by the same dealer

Wouldn’t even get a car from here. It’s crazy. They make it seem like the warranty is so good but it literally won’t cover the issue with your car. CRAZY. I had my car for 6 days. 6 DAYS that’s it and issue after issue. I go and speak to the owner he made it clear the cars issues are NOT his problem which blew me because it’s only been 6 days. I really thought they had a good business but no. Owner is beyond disrespectful and made it clear it’s not his problem. This is sad that they’re getting off on people this bad. But it’s cool bad business gets you nowhere. Then they act like they’re going to “take care of you” and offer you a $100 when repairs cost literally 1,000 PLUS . Next day after complaining my car starts driving funny. Take it to the mechanic AGAIN more money out of MY pocket for a car I’ve had for six days. Mad isn’t even the word for how I feel. Literally didn’t expect this from them at all. I’m beyond angry and irritated with the fact that they think running a business like this is okay and as far as the owner he’s very disrespectful and talks to people as if they’re slow. Had the nerve to tell me he doesn’t know what’s wrong with these cars. But you’re literally the one selling them ?????? So you don’t know what’s wrong with the cars you’re selling ? Ok…. A WEEK LATER MY CAR NOW JERKS WHEN DRIVING. AND FOUND OUT THE SUNROOF DOES NOT CLOSE.
