I am very pleased with the repairs to my camper light system at O’Donnell’s Repair West. He has earned a loyal customer!
I really appreciated the way Robert fit my camper and vehicle in last minute, offered detailed updates, and provided accurate price estimates. Honest practice & willing to think outside the box.
It’s difficult to find a shop with knowledge of campers and electrical issues. In my experience, even knowledgeable shops group camper repairs into low priority group and any progress is slow. This repair shop was willing to work on our camper and vehicle same day and it was complete in 1 day. A+ in my opinion ?

Bought a used car so i took it here to have a full inspection for any repairs needed. Cost a little over $100. I had a warranty for all the goodies and this was 1 of few places that worked with my company. Found an issue that required my front end to be taken apart. They let me know everythings all good and the warranty company approved the repair so it was a wait on parts. After completion i go to pickup my car and i owe almost $600. They said warranty didnt cover it all. Im like uhm why wouldnt u tell me? They said the owner and wife went on vaca. Irrelevant. Irritated i paid it. Due to this being a new car for me i just so happened to take pics b4 the repair. Upon gettin home i notice a bunch of chips from them prying my front end off. The clips were sticking out around my headlight as well so i call n tell them they jacked my stuff up. Took it straight back. Was told nothing they can do. Im like u put my car together wrong. My hood didnt even close fully, it had a gap. Spoke with the owner once he returned n he was trying to preach about cars like im dumb. Im like dude u can SEE IT. He slso said nothing they can do. DO NOT GO HERE. MONEY HUNGARY PEOPLE THAT DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.
Btw i wont forget and now that i got my car fixed PROPERLY, i now have an $$ amount and i will be coming after my money. Wrong one and im all for playing the long game since u guys refused proper service after stealing my money. Rude rude rude!

I finally found someone honest.
O’Donnell was recommended to me by a guy who works at Valvoline and he said that the prices were reasonable and the guy knows what he’s doing at O’Donnell‘s. So I thought I would try. I’ve been to so many garages and so many of them seem to think I’m a stupid old lady, and sadly I AM about cars -- and they either don’t fix the problem but charge me the earth, or they Do fix the problem buy just charge me the earth. I know it cost a lot to fix cars, I’m not naive. But I absolutely do not feeI I have thrown my money down a sewer with O’Donnells. It’s so nice to have my van working again. I will be back at some point to fix a couple other problems. I am very glad to have found this place!

I was referred here by Joe "The Car Guy" from Paradise Motors. When my car needed attention I was able to get an appointment the next day, my vehicle was done within a few hours, and it was very reasonably priced. Everyone was kind and respectful, they even provided me with updates at various points in the process of attending to my vechile. I would definitely go here again.

Our bus was having problems during our roadtrip and Scott at O'Donnell's offered to help us out that day. We stopped at their place in Lansing and Dan, their diesel mechanic, immediately took a look at our bus. Both him and Scott went above and beyond to make sure the necessary parts were ordered and put in so we could get back on the road ASAP. Highly recommend them and their shop!

I was traveling to Lowell when my truck broke down on I-96.I had 3 of 5 wheel studs shear off on my front passenger wheel on the highway.I went to O'Donnell's for an estimate of repair for my wheel.I was happy with how quickly they were able to look over my truck to give me a price estimate.Robert was very knowledgeable & helpful by telling me everything I needed to know as to why my studs may have broken, how to fix the problem, and a lot of information about part quality. I appreciate him taking the time to speak with me on the phone and going over my options. I truly feel like Robert wants to help people and do quality work.Although, I didn't end up having O'Donnell's complete the work on my truck (because the warranty at the dealership I purchased the truck from covered the repairs), I would definitely recommend bringing a vehicle here for repair. With the thoroughness of the diagnostic quote and the recommendations, I believe this business wants to help people get their vehicle back on the road quickly and safely.

My car started leaking fuel and I wasn't sure what to do. My sister had recommended O'Donnell's previously, so I decided to call them up. Throughout the process they gave me multiple options for how to proceed and made sure I was comfortable and understood the options and their pros and cons. The repairs were quick and the service was impeccable at every step (and there were a few). I will be back and will be recommending O'Donnell's going forward.Services: Auto maintenance
