today i am leaving with nails that have bubbles, bumps, and hair in them. my nails aren’t fully coated and the french tip uneven and messy. the staff was rude and overbooked themselves, unpleasant experience
update* it has been an hour, and i have not left my car so i wasn’t doing anything to hurt or pressure my nails, and my thumb chipped

A friend and I went in needing a relaxing pedicure on Sunday afternoon. It wasn't too busy so we got right in, which was nice. Since Covid I have gotten use to the bag protectors they sit inside the bowl during your service. Nancy nails didn't offer this, but I didn't think it a big deal at the time. The service was decent, extremely rushed, but it was fine. My friend got reg polish so she was sat under the dryer while they were finishing up with my shellac. As I was putting my socks back on I heard a woman come in and ask for a pedicure. The technician quickly told her to have a seat in the chair next to me and began to fill the bowl. The pedicure bowl was NEVER sanitized or even simply wiped out. We got the deluxe pedicures which included removal of dry skin and of course nail clippingsnthat we're still attached to the towel. I could not believe they sat a client down before even using a Lysol wipe. While we sat and waited for my friends nails to dry, we watched as the technician used the same exact tools that were just used under our toe nails on her new client. It was absolutely disgusting and we will NEVER go back.

Not sure if my nail tech knew how to use the dipping powder for my nails. They were lumpy and bumpy after. No shape. I waited about 20 min for my service to be rushed.Service: Manicure

My wife talked me into getting a pedi and it was one of the best things I have ever done. I always ask for Tina. Very relaxing. They have not talked me into getting a color yet and they won’t. I did try a mani once. It was also great.

Love these ladies. My nails stay on 3 weeks. Go every two weeks. The pedicure is so good. Call for an appointment.

For my little sisters birthday I decided to take her to get her nails done today which is 10/16/2022 Sunday. We had an appointment for 1 pm and we got right in. The lady who did my nails did not clean the under side of my nails or cut them, she buffed my actual fingers which caused pain and I will submit a picture of my nails below. She did 2 coats of shellac and it was very very streaky so I asked for her to do another layer and was very silent and then did it. There are still little dents and scrapes on my nails and the services were very rushed and took 28 minutes for me and my sister. The lady who did my sisters nails did an ok job but my sister found a hair in her nail after we left and there was paint on her fingers. I am not happy with the service but I still left a tip. Also the customer next to my sister was telling her nail tech how to do her nails because the nail tech wasn't doing a good job. I hate to leave a bad review but am not happy with the services.

Edited to add: I found a private place that will take me and they will probably forever have my business at this point.I had an appointment and was maybe 5 minutes late and turned away. Lady said I was 10 minutes late but uh actually I had been waiting 5 minutes past time of arrival. I got lost in the mall and had to find where the nail place was. The lady had to look me up as it looks like she didn't even remember me in the books despite me calling earlier. Sure took the walk in that walked right ahead of me though. It's sad I turned down another place of service for this one and now get to be in a pickle. Looks like I will be using press on nails for my engagement photos instead. I will be using another place for service in the future which is a huge mistake for Nancy's Nails considering I pay cash and am a HUGE tipper. Thought my money was green like everyone else's but apparently not to them so whether they believe it or not they lose out in the long run. Can't believe I wasted my gas and time on these people. Not to mention the lady was rude as all heck and the first thing she does is say "WE ARE DONE FOR THE DAY." You sure weren't two seconds ago but I guess that is none of my business (pun intended).

It’s good if you need a place on a Sunday since most places are closed. The girl I had was a little flighty. I asked for a lavender pedicure, and she gave me a green tea one. She was constantly talking to her neighbor or on phone, and not really focused on what she was doing. For the manicure, she went straight to dip and did not attend o cuticles. The strangest manicure I’ve had. I think it depends on who you have.Services: Pedicure

I can clearly see people getting their nails and feet done and was told they weren't taking any more customers at 4:30 pm. Clearly not welcoming to all customers!!!!
