We were passing through East Lansing from out of town. All of a sudden I started hearing a terrible noise from my right front suspension. After calling a few other repair shops with no luck being 4 pm on a Friday, I got a call back that muffler man was able to get me in before they closed that evening. It ended up being a minor repair, they got us in and out quickly and were honest & friendly in the process. Thanks Muffler Man!
Ps. We also loved seeing the small business supporting its community with a food/ clothing pantry inside the establishment.

Needed the plastic cover towards the front strapped up somehow. Was expecting to pay something. But, the nice guy at the desk got down in the parking lot and fixed it for free. Happy to not get ripped off or told I need to replace the whole thing for $200. I would come again and recommend to anyone else needing repairs like this. ?

One day on a cold snowy day in March. I took my vehicle to this location for a oil change. One of the mechanics backed my car into a pole in the parking lot. Damaged my fender, and broke my rear view mirror
They not only fixed my mirror but they also fixed my fender. I still got my oil changed
I'll forever be grateful to this business.
They went out there way to satisfy me

I will not recommend! All the years I've been going there never had any issues. Not only did they fail to tell me my back left tire was rotted out, they lied and told me the back end was aligned fine. I had gone in for a front end alignment so I asked them to check the back, I've gone back 3X for the front end even after getting the back end subframe replaced. 3rd time they gave me a free back end alignment, I think they did that because they knew they screwed up! Needless to say I'm going somewhere else.

I have my 2009 Cadillac CTs brought to muffler man shop for alignment
They didn’t do good job, didn’t tighten both on the controls arm bushing and sway bar link come off hit to the rim scratch the rim and also in the rear the tie rod bolt come out

Brought my car in for some work on my exhaust and tail light. They were totally swamped but I got a call with an estimate the same day (about an hour after closing, no less!) These guys are showing up on their days off and apparently working late to get things done, and they were done within a couple of days for a very reasonable price. Recommended!

Yall my Husband and I had the best mechanic experience
We dropped off my car to get the back brakes and a $40 oil change
Same day servicing and they have at their office a small clothing, house items, and food pantry for anyone to grab
And they have so many plants! Like I got a pothos cutting from a mechanic shop lol
The service was great and very transparent
Would happily continue in getting future work done at this shop
