SAVE YOURSELFS FROM HEADACHES!!! I would say customer service is at the lowest. Front person very rude. Brought my vehicle in for loud muffler, and all they did was put a muffler and a patch. After a week it's as loud as it was when I brought it in. The price changed quickly like they were trying to get me for more money. I recently took my vehicle back to see if they would do anything to make it right. The answer is more money!!!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND READ THE REVIEWS, LIKE I SHOULD HAVE. Others say the same thing. Will have to spend my money somewhere else to fix their bad workmanship and the actually resolve the issue of the loud muffler.

Update 2024: It took about 20 mins to get my 4 muffler hooks(around $50) and a weld job (around $100) on an older impala. If you can't find a cheaper place I recommend here quick and easy and my car is significantly quiet. I never mentioned that after fixing my hooks the muffler was positioned too high and Melted my back trim I thought noting of it when trading my car but it occurred during my last fix and I deciding to get a new car given my car was junk it wasn’t a issue but it’s to be noted !!

We have a good reputation with most customers some customers complain about price after work was approved to be done and some just looking for a come up so just as much as people have to be aware of mechanics mechanics have to be aware of customers just keep that in mind.

Go elsewhere. They will lie about the price of parts. They will also lie about how much it cost. This is a privately owned Mufflerman so is not apart of corporate, so they have no standers. If I could give negative stars I would.
