Love shopping here have shoes and clothing for the whole family . Prices are fair never had a pair of shoes fall apart the clothing hasn't ripped or faded yet . Id recommend shopping here for clothing and shoes . Staff is friendly greets you when u walk in . Will ask you in you need them to get something for you but aren't pushing you to buy anything you don't want too . I will continue to spend my money here on all my families clothing and shoes . Thanks snipe's you guys are ? . See ya soon .

Horrible store I bought something the wrong size and all they kept saying was “their is nothing we can do” I clearly had to try it on to see if it fit and it didn’t when I literally bought it the day before. No exchange, return or even store credit. The store was empty so clearly no business and they just want to keep money however they can. Employees are horrible if I could give them zero stars I would.

Employees are not nice and do not help unless you chase them down and ask. Even then, they seem like they don’t want to help.

This is the most amazing store I've ever been to. First off the customer service was amazing and they helped me find perfect outfits for myself as well as my 7 children. If you need to find some good apparel, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!

My husband wears a 13/14 shoe and most stores never have his size. This store doesn't usually either lol but the young man Omarion is ALWAYS willing to help me. Twice now he has attempted to help me locate something elsewhere. I know they don’t typically call other locations but it’s so appreciative that he was willing to go above and beyond. Nice young man with amazing manners and leadership skills!

Snipes is a VERY cool store, unfortunately I will never go back because of the poor customer service I experienced. The staff had the doors locked after open, when they saw we me, they pushed the door open and walked away. Didn’t greet me or hold the door. Then once I was inside, they asked from across the store for me to use sanitizer. Had they greeted me at the door, they could have asked then. I asked if they had a pair of shoes in a specific size and the girl gets the shoes from the back and walks to the counter without saying a word. I asked to see the shoes and she said “I’m taking them to the counter.” If I’m purchasing something, I should be able to look at them first. I paid and left a without them saying ANYTHING to me. I’m blown away by the lack of customer service. It’s not difficult to have manners and decency.

This place is horrible!!!!! Keyosha as an the STORE MANAGER be backdooring the hyped Jordan’s by selling them all to one person. So if you thinking you about to get some Jordan’s forget about it because they already been sold to that dude. And I will be calling corporate!!!
