A couple weeks ago I had to get a new phone and it wasn't charging in my car. I went in to the S. Penn store and spoke with Corey. He said that some phones just don't, but he comped me a new charger. The new phone still wouldn't charge, but I thought his customer service was awesome.

My husband and I went To go get a new phone for him, but the employee was sleeping We tried to wake her up but she just went back To sleep. Very unprofessional and not safe. The store could get robbed!

Great customer service. When I bought the phone I was very nervous about possibly losing my pictures that I had on my old phone but they explained everything to me and we're so kind. I've been with them for almost 10 years and will continue to.

Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Cory. Cory is an awesome representation of the company. I am a firm believer that attitude reflects leadership. This is a quality that I believe Cory exhibits to his customers and expects from his employees. The young lady that I spoke to first was very polite and patient. She has only been there a month and is still in training. She truly is an asset to the company. I don't remember her name but she worked in the morning on 10/26/22. Cory made sure that I understood everything that we spoke about. I will ALWAYS deal with this location!!!!

My husband and I went in today to get new phones. The young lady Brittney was very helpful, straight to the point. She is about her business and answered questions we had. She explained things as she was going along. I liked that she didn't beat around the bush. Places should have people like her working for them. My husband greatly appreciate how she handled everything. Brittney didn't try to over sell things. Brit has beautiful customer service.

I came to get the $60 unlimited 5g plan with my ACP (affordable connectivity program). This takes $30 off the phone bill for people with low income. The manager told me that within 30 days the credit would be applied. Over a month later, the credit has not been applied. Manager told me they are dealing with the federal government and it takes 1-2 months. I wouldn't have given these guys a second chance if i knew this. Same manager told me it will be applied within 30 days when i bought the phone. Not his fault, metro is just a bad company guys. Access wireless is the place to go, they have $30 plans and with ACP you don't pay a dime for the unlimited LTE plan. You don't even enter your card info, they immediately apply the ACP credit. Thier customer service is also way better, its 24/7.

T mobile has been having no connection issues all over the country since aug 25. Look up “is tmobile down” or “is metropcs down” and you will see that many of us users cant access the internet we are paying for. The customer service girl told me there are too many people connecting to the towers so there is congestion and they are trying to build more towers. I will be switching to at&t today.
