“We came here to try on a rental 2 weeks before the wedding and the suit fit huge which wasn't their fault we went to the grand rapids location for the fitting so that was on them but this Lansing location was awesome! They were quick to get him resized and get the correct size coming so it will be ready before the wedding. Thank you Jordan for a good experience and helping us fix this problem!?”
“I'm so happy I found this store! They have everything MSU, including many items you won't find anywhere else. I loved that they carried "women specific sized tees- not just unisex or men's that go to my knees and not made for a woman's shape and size. Besides women's specific clothing they have all sizes from infant to adult- boys, girls, men women and unisex. They even have things for pets. Nice collection of mugs, jewelry, playing cards...you name it, they have it. The best MSU Spartans store I've ever been in.”

“I love hot topic, I get all of my clothes from there and other stuff, people working there are always so nice, but I got to say a most of the stuff is overpriced, like a small pin is $2! I mean the pin is very nice and I lose them (also most of them leave tiny holes in my clothes) I have a lot of them I kinda wish I didn’t spend all that money on the pins, I don’t regret buying some of the pins but it overpriced, and one shirt is $20- $25 dollars (unless it’s on sale) and also, I use the coupons all the time but they expire so quickly, it’s mostly about a week or two until they expire, but other than all of that stuff it’s a great place”
“Earlier this week as we parked in the Kohl’s lot a tornado warning was issued, all associates at Kohl’s welcomed us to the shelter in place area, making certain we were comfortable & safe! I’ve always loved Kohl’s for their variety of items, friendly associates & helpfulness, this experience cemented my belief that Kohl’s is the best of the best!!!”
“I stopped by because I needed to pick out a last minute outfit for an NYE party. All of the sales associates working at the time (I visited on 12/30 at roughly 6:30) were extremely helpful in finding the right sizes and styles that I was looking for, and even made recommendations on how to further style my outfit beyond the shirt and pants I bought. This was easily one of the most pleasant retail experiences I’ve had in a long time, and I’m looking forward to returning in the future.”

“Well for a thrift store I have to give them praise. Prices are better than Greedwill and selection is great. After donating 7 full boxes of items left over from a garage sale, I went shopping inside and found some great deals on 9V and C Batteries. Paid 75 cents for each pack which is cheaper than Dollar Tree, and these were good quality Alkaline batteries too. Plus they have a rewards program you can sign up for to save even more money. Employees are great. I will be coming back for more at this location. They are actually a charity, not for profit like Greedwill is.”

“Stopped here looking for christmas pajamas. They had a great selection. This year they had jogger pajamas which I love. I am short and would prefer to not have my pants drag on the floor. The store was clean and tidy!”
“Smaller sale section than at the Somerset UO, but still a decent selection. I pretty much only shop out of the sale section, on account of being broke, but I still get fun stylish clothing, and the sales are generally pretty good. It's been 50% off the sale price the last three times I went in, which hopefully doesn't end any time soon, haha.”
