I stopped in went directly to the so call "consulting" window with a wooden frame, no one came to the window as usual, after a short wait I heard a man's stern voice asking, what I needed, I was there for CIaritin D I replied, they kept beyond the counter I thought , the voice directed me to stand in line for my turn, so I did, I have had my ID scanned for purchasing Claritin D before but never had a pharmacy look up my prescription history simply of a purchasing a Claritin D. She assured me she was just inserting my information it was kind of unusual thought cross my mind. time of transition (11:50:41 Friday August 16 2024). Will determines what screen was open

If I could give negative stars I would. The worst customer experience every single visit. The staff is extremely rude and very inexperienced clearly to be in their roles. After two years I will never be coming back to this pharmacy. To the public I suggest switching to CVS!!

If their goodrx prices didn't beat out CVS's I'd not have switched. I have a lot of weird issues here that I never had elsewhere. 1 Rx auto fills, and 1 that I have to call in every other month because it's a controlled substance. So when I call it in and it somehow cancels my auto fill RX that's weird. I've been informed RX is ready then it's not. The alternating months I speak to my Dr, she submits my 2 RX and they both get filled, this time they only filled one! My fiance didn't know there was an issue and brought home one. I know now to make sure and tell them "I have 2 scripts to pick up". And I guess now I better call in for both. Can't even use the easy app refill service.

Pharmacy Manager is Ghetto and incompetent. Multiple occasions non narcotics yet thinks the world revolves around her. I live 2 minutes away but would much rather take the trip to the East Lansing location.

Don't waste your time on meijersPharmacy on Pennsylvania called said my script would be ready in an hour was not ready in a hour and a 1/2 told me 20 more minutes place is terrible. I have been in there before. They text me told me my script was ready. Went in script was not ready. This place is terrible, employees are rude? Do not waste your time there

When the scripts are filled a price,or the options given by the insurance company, should be told to you before you get to the pickup counter. It's always after I get to the counter that surprises are sprung. The phone calls only ever say a prescription is ready for pickup.

Wish I could give this pharmacy ZERO STARS cuz they didn't earn one!I'm sitting in line on my THIRD trip through for a single script. The first time the rude girl helping me gave me a price twice as much as advertised on good Rx. Rudely asked me to leave the line so she could "get the line moving". I should point out at this time she never bothered to check order accuracy. So second time thru the line I've signed up for good Rx gold with an advertised price half of what it was with normal good Rx. SHE SAYS EXACT SAME PRICE!so I list off the order details generic called this, dosage is this, fill quantity this.... Oh we filled for 90 days. Can you pull around and wait 15 more minutes. With critical thinking skills like this how did these people even graduate to give people pharmaceuticals? Well it started at 12:40 pm and it's over now at 2:15 pm. 3 times thru the line. 3rd time they lied about having applied the correct info and tried to collect double again. So I insist they take my phone and check. Suddenly it's finally correct.Meijer no longer gets money from me. Period. You can go anywhere else and get the same things for less without the hassle, rude behavior or tremendous inaccuracy. AT A PHARMACY ACCURACY IS PARAMOUNT! They even tried filling two scripts that are for the EXACT SAME TREATMENT and didn't consider giving me both or taking both is actually dangerous.

Terrible pharmacy the techs are rude and careless the pharmacists think they can change and dictate prescriptions avoid this place at all costs
