We have used Medawar’s several times now, from wedding ring repair to purchasing a new wedding band for my husband, and every time they are just lovely. Very professional and trustworthy. Will continue to use them for our jewelry needs!

Treated with utmost kindness and respect. I was reluctant to bring my vintage costume watch in to have put back together because the lady at the watch pagoda couldn't do it. I was worried it would be scoffed at. No! Actually Carol complimented my watch and Mr. Medawar told me to only have professionals work on it from now on. For sure! I'm looking forward to having Carol do an appraisal for us in the future too. Thanks!

Very friendly, helpful and professional. I was looking for a ring and among the many choices Paul helped me put together a ring that will make me more popular than Santa this year. The Jewelry is beautiful and appropriately priced. It will make for a very merry Christmas in the Brown household :) To Paul and the entire Staff I wish you and yours the same this holiday season. :)

The selection was great but the lady who "greeted" us was super off putting. My friend and I walked in there and introduced ourselves and told her we were looking for engagement rings and she rudely looked us up and down and seemed like she was judging us for being there. When we were looking for rings, she didn't seem interested in helping us just stood there waiting for me to make a choice. She very unsubtly brought up "price tag shock" multiple times as well as if I wasn't aware of how much engagement rings were. I just didn't think this was a great experience especially after the great time we had at Azzi jewelers next door.

Nanette and Sam did an amazing job fixing three of my rings I could not be more grateful.The rings came out absolutely gorgeous as if they were brand new.I highly recommend coming here if you want good work and aren't sure where to go. Nannette was very knowledgeable about the pieces and shared that knowledge with me as well which I really appreciated.

Nanette was a pleasure to do business with. We brought in a ring to be sized and she was helpful and patient as we decided on the correct size. As a plus, the turn around time was shorter than expected. I highly recommend Medawar Jewelers at Frandor for any fine jewelry purchases.

My experience was very positive. I took a ring in for repair on Saturday afternoon and it was done on Monday. Carol and Nanette were professional and great to work with. I have taken rings to another Jewelers and had to wait 2 weeks to get them sized and back. I would highly recommend Medawar,s in Frandor.

When the main diamond fell out of my engagement ring I was devastated. Having found the diamond (thank god) I was concerned about finding a reliable and affordable jeweler to fix it. I went to Medawar and not only did I get my ring back fast, it was super affordable, but the staff was really great. I wouldn’t recommend any other place.

Top notch with professional and customer service. Did a tuneup, cleaning, and polishing on a 20 year old Movado and replaced the band that I bought direct from Movado. Whoever did the work did a really nice job and sales associate Paul Veselovsky is just a delight to do business with! Highly recommend Medawar for watch service on expensive watches, they are trustworthy and knowledgeable. Very satisfied customer!
