Ever Wonder why everyone seems on edge and angry? I don’t anymore after what happened today. Good Evening Everyone @@ I would like to share a cautionary tale for the holidays & beyond. I recently needed to purchase a major appliance. I searched and found one I could afford at a big box store. I paid with my debit card and purchased an extended warranty. Arranged delivery. Item delivered on time great job. This is were the tale goes sideways. Followed instructions on setting up the refrigerator and then the appliance did not work. Lost majority of food placed inside. Followed the warranty instructions and had a repair man come to my house this morning. They could not repair it.Returned to the Lowe’s store looking for help resolving this issue. The manager called the very same support phone number twice and was disconnected. Then he proceeded to tell me there would need to be 4 repair trips to attempt a fix. Before the manufacturer would offer a replacement. Also told that on other than Lowe’s credit card purchases there is a 48 hour return policy. If I had paid by opening a credit card it would be 30 days replacement.@@ Please ask all your questions before finishing a purchase with any big box store. @@

Picked up an extension cord and some hydraulic cement. No issues, had several employees ask if i needed anything. No line at checkout. It is cold outside, so the walk in was chilly. If you could fix that, that would be great! lol

Worst Experience !I purchased a washer and dryer.The dryer was delivered broken and inoperable. We contacted Lowes, and they stated that they would pick up the dryer and refund the money after it was picked up. (48-hour policy on large appliances) We have yet to receive our money due to them not having completed the refunding process. They shuttled us between sites, and they were the ones who had to perform the procedure at the end. We’ll see what happens.You better of shopping at Home Depot.

Waited for 30 minutes for store pickup to others a sick kid I Couldn’t bring in, called the store and they were just sitting there. I have never had decent help at this store just go to Home Depot right down the road I will never come back here military discount or not!

Lowe's has just about everything you need, but I wish their Plumbing and Electrical Departments were a bit larger. I do like the Military Discount.

Very helpful. Had a good visit with some of the workers and I finally got a freezer. Won't be having it delivered because there is a $29 delivery fee now, that started today.

I have done business w/ them with my employer for years. Management Awesome! I put in a good word for my son to work there. He LOVED it. He learned alot and was promoted due to hard work and good ethic willing to learn from superiors. He is now attending school full time. He no longer is employed but, parents this is a EXCELLENT COMPANY to work for.

this place is going downhill FAST. Website can't reflect an accurate stock count. Orders not fulfilled. Cutting station broken. No staff. What a garbage experience that was. Hechinger's.

We enjoyed our visit. Everyone was helpful except for one person who didn’t seem to have the customer service spirit going (lol). But one of his co workers stepped up ⬆️ and filled the void. So no cashiers at the main area of checkout. Very disappointing. But the energetic young man mentioned pro services had a check out person. So we traveled the extra 1/2 a football field and checked out. Inventory was superb and we accomplished our mission
