Shopped here today for a small recliner. The sales assistant, Michelle Tellier, was fantastic; she was very helpful, personable, and patient (it took me almost 2 hours of trying different recliners to finally choose my favorite). Thank you, Michelle!

I wasn’t impressed by the salesperson,a technique. I felt like she was reluctant to accept that we would buy the very first item we saw. I felt like she wanted us to shop around and hoped we would come back.

This LazyBoy furniture store has a large selection of beautiful furniture and a range of price points. The building is deceiving on the outside and when you walk through the front door the site that greets you is jaw dropping. This huge array of quality home furnishings. Terry is the person who I was fortunate to work with. Just very personal and informative. Answered all my questions and ask questions as well to make sure that he understood exactly what I wanted. I never once felt that he was directing me or pushing me to just buy something. Terry made my shopping an enjoyable outing. I know I will shop there again. Stop in and be pleasantly surprised as I was.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The contracts I signed gave me some pause as they had clauses that created much more “flexibility” for the company in terms of delivery than the delivery parameters I was assured of by the sales persons. I also did not like the fact that full payment was due BEFORE delivery. If there is lack ofperformance by the company ordelivery personnel it wouldcreate a significant disadvantage for the customer.

My friend Mary Ann purchased a beautiful recliner from La-Z-Boy and I sat on it and loved it, was like sitting on a cloud! She took me to the store, I met Michelle Tellier who had helped Mary Ann and I ordered the same chair! Michelle was wonderful to work with! I am looking forward to the new chair which should arrive in 2-3 months.

I needed a new recliner which is also my bed, sometime work space and chill spot. I told Alikii what I needed and didn't want. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with finding exactly what I needed. Can't wait for delivery.

The sales representative Mr. Terry was very courteous and had shown me all options and various types of fabrics. I was pleased. Besides this, it would a full circle wonderful experience if the shipping and delivery times a bit faster.

VERY Disappointing! I have 2 great lazy boy leather recliners, that I love, purchased 10 years ago. They are starting to lose their luster, but are still very comfortable to sit in. Because I thought Lazy boy was reputable and carried quality furniture, I purchase a new leather recliner from Lazy boy W Saginaw on May 30th, 2023. Salesperson was great and I loved the chair on the sales room floor! However, the chair I received was not the quality or the comfort that I expected from Lazy boy. First of all, this chair smells awful! (mildew/musty) This smell has not gone away. Secondly, it is very uncomfortable, it almost pushes you forward (almost to the point of falling out of it) instead of reclining when you sit down. You have to plant your feet firmly! Anyway, I have called and I was referred to Customer Care and I sent them an email claiming my dissatisfaction, but noone responded. I live in Lansing, but during the summer, we stay at our cottage. When we came home in August, the smell of this chair was so disgusting that I called the manager again. I asked to return it for a refund or swap it with the floor model, but was refused. Stating that it was way past the 3 day return policy. Also, that chair is no longer offered!!! IT WAS A CLOSE OUT ITEM! I was never informed of that fact at the time of purchase. NEVER again will I purchase furniture here.

In the past I have walked into lazyboy stores and been ignored. I earn a good living but I dress casually which seems to be a deterrent for many sales people. This time, the sales person greeted me right away. She was very personable and attentive but not overly so. She could see that I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door and she helped me find it. It was a very positive experience.
