One of the employees was extremely rude to me and accused me of stealing because the lady that rung me up didn’t give me myReceipt (I thought she did when she gave me my change). He worked self-checkout and followed me almost out of the front door. Long story short, showed my proof via phone and the employee never apologized. I returned all of the items that I purchased. I did speak with the assistant manager who was very polite and understanding of the situation. I ended up sending an email to provide feedback regarding my last visit/experience in hopes this would get to the store manager.Update: I have sent three emails and have yet to hear from the store manager with my suggestions on how to ensure employees are properly trained. Falsely accusing someone of a crime that they DID NOT commit is embarrassing as people were staring at me (two people waited on me) to ensure that I was okay because they could see how upset I was. I was given a $30 credit by customer service at Kroger's main headquarters, but honestly, this is not enough to bring me back.

Minutes before it was time to pick up my groceries they called to tell me they rescheduled two hours later. I was already in the pick up spot. The lady was rude. I cancelled this order and reordered a couple days later. That pick up went well with the exception of getting charged three times. The first was an actual charge, the other two are pending charges but this is holding up 700 in my account. I called customer service and they said the pending charges will be reversed in 3-5 business days. I wonder if the Kroger clerk has an extra 700 dollars they can give me for 3-5 business days till I get my money back. I won’t be back to this terrible pick up service. It used to be flawless.

Very rude staff. A old woman worker demanded me drop my stuff and fallow her to the front “NOW! The stores is closed and we have families to go home to!” It was 10pm on the dot, was heading to the front but this lady was the top flight security guard screaming at us “we are closed!” We were clearly walking to the front. Then the lady outside getting carts together gave us the finger leaving. I hope they check cameras 1/19 10pm. Go elsewhere. No need for staffs rudeness.

The store is great, Fried Chicken is gourmet,the employees are excellent but the problem is someone in the chain of command of the Management won't secure the store. I had a person harass me at their gas station, a panhandler. She threatened to call the cops on me even though she is trespassing and was stalking me and told me to quote "hit me." "Come on hit me." I'm pretty sure that is harassment. I am tempted to file a Police report. I cut up my Kroger card today .I don't have kids but if you have a family I would highly recommend shopping somewhere else she seemed unstable no telling what could happen. It really is pretty sad that Kroger can't keep their store in order on the frickin Westside its not even the Lansing city limits!!!!

I’ve been doing pick up orders for months now and I go to pick up my order and I ask for a printed copy of my receipt and now they no longer know how to do it. Never had an issue any other time I’ve asked for a printed receipt. The manager Drew and store manager Ms. Parks don’t even know their policies or procedures. It took two hours for a call back to tell me they can’t print receipts at store level.As I stated before I’ve been doing this for months and have proof of all my receipts that I got when I picked up my previous orders because I scan them to my cash back account.Lost a customer because they made it seem like I was a liar when I could have clearly showed my previous receipts for all other pick up orders.

First of all ?? Malasia you the best. she was the manager at that time of miracle she made it happen . Hopefully I got your name right . I have been doing my mom’s stuffing for the past 10 yrs and I needed to find regular stuffin mix plane . No seasons . Because I make my own flavor my moms stuffing that been in are family for about 40 yrs and counting. I literally went to all krogers , miejers , aldis ..but the only store I didn’t went was Kroger w. Saginaw hwy. She went over and beyond here help thank you again Malasia..

I DROVE A FRIEND TO THIS STORE TO PURCHASE A GIFT CARD FOR OVER A HUNDRED DOLLARS. THE CASHIER DIDN'T RING UP HER PURCHASE CORRECTLY, AND ENDED UP RINGING IT UP THREE TIMES. AS THIS CONTINUED TO GO ON, I WATCHED AS MY FRIENDS COLOR DRAIN FROM HER FACE IN FEAR OF BEING CHARGED DOUBLE OR TRIPLE THE AMOUNT SHE WANTED ON THE CARD.{MIND YOU' MY FRIEND IS IN A WHEELCHAIR AND DOES NOT RECEIVE A LOT MONEY MONTHLY} THE CASHIER REASSURED MY FRIEND THAT WOULDN'T HAPPEN. BUT IT DID! SHE CONTACTED THE STORE AS SOON AS HER BANK NOTIFIED HER FOR PULLING THE MONEY FOR THREE TIMES THE AMOUNT SHE REQUESTED, THE CASHIER LEFT A NOTE FOR MANAGER EXPLAINING HER MISFORTUNE. SHE WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE HANDLED RIGHT AWAY. IT WAS NOT! I TOOK HER BACK TO THAT STORE 3 TIMES AND A FEW CALLS WERE PLACED BEFORE SOMETHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT, SHE WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 4 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE SHE COULD GET HER MONEY BACK. MY FRIEND FEELS SHE WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BECAUSE OF HER DISABILTY. AND I MIGHT AGREE WITH HER AFTER WITNESSING THE WAY THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS KROGER AND AT FEDEX (THE ONE NEAR BY) HANDLED HER AND DEALT WITH THE SITUATION.

Placed an order for pick up today at 9am for between 5-6 pm tonight. Got a text saying my order was ready for pick up at 5:30 showed up to store checked in thru the mobile app only to have an employee come out and say my order isn’t ready and that it won’t be done until around 7-8 pm. I leave and go back home just to get a text at 7:15 saying my order is ready once again I show up and check in and this time am told pick up hours are over call the store and am told they’re still working on my order and that it will be about another half hour! Totally unacceptable if you can’t get orders around in the time they’re supposed to be around don’t offer store pick up I’ve now wasted two trips and am stuck waiting another half hour for my order that should’ve been done over 3 hours ago. I will be shopping at meijer from now on. 100% ridiculous 100% bad customer service!!!

Took them 45 mins to get to my car. Very slow service. Better off, going inside and buying your own groceries. Useless

I have had a few problems at this store but these 5 stars are solely based on the amazing service John in the pick up department gave my family! Always so fast, friendly and kind despite being short staffed. Please recognize amazing employees like him

I go to this one a lot and I can say pick up really needs help and improvement! Produce that I get isn’t great at all and bread is squished everytime I go here it’s a problem unfortunately I’m going to have to change my grocery store!

Deli is fully stocked with Boars Head. Yum. They shave the meat I request.Big bonus is that Kroger has checkers with baggers. Meijer did away with baggers. Shame on them. Never more than 2 lanes open at Meijer. I recommend Kroger.
