I couldn’t find a specific item in the frozen section and instead of them walking me down the isle and helping me locate where it is the manager decided to again tell me the isle number and begin to say that he couldn’t help me further.
I’ve never been to a store that didn’t show you where the product is exactly instead just kept telling you an isle number. Not really being helpful.

All and all, this Kroger location is usually quite orderly, most items are well stocked, some attendants are friendlier than others and more often than not
there's a pleasant atmosphere when I arrive there in the early morning hours. However, currently my only complaint would be the self-checkouts. I don't like them. And as long as there are LANES I don't see why I need to checkout at them But when I'm ready to checkout invariably I find ALL the lanes are unattended, chained-up, un-lit and after standing with a full cart near a lane for a few minutes I find myself having to look around for an attendant who would be willing to open a lane for me ! You'd think Customer Service would feel some customers would appreciate checking out at a lane especially when they have a significant amount of groceries ! I personally don't think that's too much to ask ! If the store presents both options--please allow both to be available to the customer ! And be mindful of the fact that not all of us customers prefer using the SELF checkout ! Thank-you !

This Kroger is usually clean and well-stocked, with fast checkout. I've been here during MSU move-in week, and was disappointed in the selection and lack of availability of what I was looking for. Generally it is a good and fast grocery experience.

I have very fond memories of Kroger from my time up north. The Delta Township store remains very nice, but doesn’t appear to have the variety of selection it used to. I didn’t see the bottle deposit/ returned offered anymore either, another great memory growing up.

I never have issues with Kroger, but the people that shop there oof. Just standing in the middle of aisle blocking the path. It's just blatantly disrespectful. And then scoff when I say excuse me.

I've gone several times for a few items, yet left right away when I seen the lines of people. They had no cashiers just a couple self checkouts. It's as if they don't want to pay people to work, yet they lose profits as I seen others leave too at the sight of the lines.

Kroger is a great place to shop and find great money saving deals. Also a great place to find helpful employees who are very helpful.

Love that the Kroger near me is starting to carry Beatbox beverages! I would really like it if they carried more flavors, such as the new Hard Teas (Lemonade, Mango and Peach), Green Apple and Tropical Punch.
