I purchased a sofa and a sectional from Klingmans. After 2 years the quality of the items I purchased hasn't been matched, the furniture is holding up very well to our 3 kids and 2 dogs. I will say that when we were looking for furniture my wife and I stopped at 2 different furniture stores where no one acknowledged us. As soon as we walked into Klingmans our sales rep Jaqueline greeted us and was more than helpful. 5 stars for sureUPDATE. We had some older furniture from a competitor that really wore out, we stopped in and talked to James today and he got us some new furniture at a great price. Thanks again James

We were shopping for a bookcase set and found one online that we really liked, but ordering furniture online by pictures and description can be really tricky. Luckily, Klingman’s Furniture had the same set available in their Okemos store, so we could see and feel it in person. We had the pleasure to be assisted by Heidi and James, who went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal. The bookcases arrived assembled, in perfect condition and as a bonus, we got them a week earlier than originally scheduled. Thank you Heidi and James for making our shopping experience exceptional, we couldn’t be happier with the purchase. We will definitely be returning to Klingman’s for future purchases, as we are confident that we will receive the top notch service again. Highly recommended!

Of all the stores I visited, CeCelia Payne handled my request with great determination. I searched online and various furniture stores for the perfect sofa for over 2.5 years. It was not until I met CeCelia that I felt heard. Unknown to me, she was diligent in the search. A couple months later to my surprise CeCelia called and said there was aSofa instore that I may like. It was perfect and exactly what I wanted. The color swatches available helped me to perfectly pick the desired color. I was overjoyed and immediately placed my order that included the perfect cocktail table.CeCelia's professional visit to the house with samples and ideas was a bonus.I am truly enjoying my newly designed living room and the many compliments received by friends and family.CeCelia is so very kind and patient.I look forward to working with her on my next purchase.??In addition, before the sofa purchase, I purchased a bed working with the owner. Klingman's Okemos never disappoints!!??

After some confusion on my order, Tina and the manager worked with me to make sure everything was fixed and that I was happy. I am very happy with the dresser and artwork that I purchased. My family has been buying from Klingmans for many years and we will be back for many more!

I ordered close to $12,000. Of furniture on 5/27/2021 Did my research as Lazy boy and Pilgrim house said it will be a year or more.They told me 6 months so I went with them. A lie Well a year later I did get my furniture and after only one-year my coffee table started to l the finish off it. I contacted them and manufacturer said no longer warranted. I then reached out to Klingman's sent 2 emails have not had one response. The poorest customer service I have ever seen. When I was making my $12,000. deal they had their crying baby and another had to take over. I am super dissatisfied and disappointed in my entire ordeal. Pretty sad to me. I have made sure my friends and family to stay away. The fact they did nothing about a coffee table that was a year old blows my mind. I have other coffee tables last me for 20 plus years and you sell quality? Also note I use coasters but I would think you could put phone, remotes on a coffee table without a finish coming off.

We bought a Granada 90.5'' Upholstered Power Reclining Sofa. I cannot express my frustration with this expensive leather sofa. The middle cushion is defected. Although they’ve sent someone to fix it (they’ve put extra insert into the cushion) still the cushion looks bent. I guess it is a design fault. I am not sure what to do with it, and I am very disappointed with this purchase.

Tina deserves all 5 stars. I had already knew what piece I wanted, but there was a challenge for me in selecting the fabric. Tina didn't miss a beat in assisting me. She was patient and creative and excellent with colors. Communication and availability with her, and the store, were good. There was just one hiccup that kept coming up, that I think the company could find a way to improve on.. I had left a $50 deposit in my name, for samples that I had checked out previously, and had returned. That was all before I started working with Tina, but she saw it there, and I was able to check out samples while working with her, and I returned them again. The deposit remained as it was. Then, it was supposed to be applied to my purchase. However, it seemed to stump anyone that I talked to about what I was going to owe before delivery. Each person could see it, AFTER I would mention it, but no one actually seemed to know how to take care of it, or at least just didn't. Then, I have to wonder if that was the real reason my delivery had to be rescheduled. I had missed the call during my scheduled afternoon delivery time, so they left a message to call them. When I did, they said that the truck had broken down that morning. And, it was then I believe - or on my new delivery day - that the $50 came up again. They were asking why my total payment was $50 short. Again, once I explained it, they saw it, and at that point, it was finally taken care of. Or, maybe it wasn't actually applied - I wouldn't know - but as long as the delivery people could see it - AFTER I pointed it out - I got my delivery.Btw, I like my new Palliser recliner.Linda

On 9-1-22, my wife Jane and I visited your Okemos store for the first time to look for a new Flexsteel Swivel Rocker Recliner. We were greeted by your new sales associate (Brenden Whitbeck). We found him to be very personal and respectful, and he made every effort to answer all of our questions. Jane (who worked in the customer service field for many years) especially liked the way he handled himself by always looking us in our eyes and not looking around while he spoke to us. He was joy to work with, and he stated that he will keep us updated on our new order. We look forward working with him in the future not only with this order, but with future orders. Kat, salesperson; and Bernie, service person were exceptional in their help. Kat spent a lot of time with me in making sure the order was correct and delivery was seamless. Bernie and his assistant came out and thoroughly checked out the bed frame, mattress and box spring to make sure there were no issues. And, both are super nice people to work with and I appreciated all of their expertise and time!

The checkout process is abysmally slow. Delivery takes forever if things actually show up. If its anywhere near closing time the sales people would rather stand by the desk/door so they can run out at quitting time rather than help you. "Do you have xyz?" "Just what you see in the store." Are you kidding me? Do these people not understand that quick, efficient, friendly SERVICE is the only reason anyone will go into a brick and mortar store anymore?! Are the products good? Yes, I think so. I've enjoyed what we've gotten, but I am not going to wait 45 minutes for a checkout of one area rug.

Been here several times and the sales staff has been very professional. No hard sell tactics which I really appreciate. Have made two purchases with the first lucky the item was in stock. Last purchase was not and like everywhere else will be a fairly long wait. But the salesman was up front with that and I appreciate that also.
