Had to rent a tux for my sisters wedding. Measurements were taken and in return to pick up the tux from an hour outside of town it didn’t fit. An emergency jacket was ordered and yet it didn’t fit in the arms and required a third trip back. Further they tried forcing shoes on us when we didn’t need them and they didn’t fit; they also asked for them back in return when we never took them. The rental price was $350 and now they want another $200 in late fees. Also said we couldn’t buy the same tux before renting. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. This was for for international wedding.

Wedding party suit or tux rentals. Men's clothes from dress to casual. Great men's dress shoes that are comfortable to wear.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Where do I start?
We had a wedding party that needed to be fitted. When we initially went in, service was awful. It took them forever to even notice us…the other reviews clearly show this is common place. We made it through that and the real fun started.
The week of the wedding, we got texts to pick up our suits. We all took the day off work to go pick them up. Upon arrival, we were told they actually put all the suits on the “dirty clothes truck” and they were no longer there. They said it would be a while, maybe the next day, before they returned, so we left.
Makes sense that I was pulling into my driveway as the call came in saying the suits are ready. I had other obligations, so I had someone pick mine up. All 5 of the groomsmen had sizing errors and we had to return to get them fixed (let’s not forget the wedding is in two days).
I went back because my jacket was far too big. Shout out to my boy Chris who gave me my same coat back and asked “how does this one fit?” When told it was too big he responded “well that’s the best you’re going to get with a rental.” Thanks, Chris!
Unnecessary stress for the bride and groom days before their wedding. DO NOT USE FOR WEDDINGS….or anything honestly.

Walked around browsing for 15 minutes before I was acknowledged by anyone in the store. Was told someone would be with me soon. 15 more minutes passed and still hadn’t been helped. Someone else walks in the store and immediately gets help from an employee. Went to Kositchek’s down the street and had a much better experience.

Was helped by a very nice, young gentleman in finding a wallet for my boyfriend. He had superb customer service skills! I didn't catch his name, sadly.

nice selection but somehow i was able to walk in, browse for 10-15 minutes, and then walk out without any employee greeting me or so much as acknowledging my existence. they were probably helping somebody else near the changing rooms but why not a ‘hello. welcome. i will be right with you.’?i wont be back.

Just picked up a suit for my son’s wedding and as I was checking out, the super-helpful store manager, Bronte’ said something really cool:
“Do me a favor - wear it with confidence”.
I never thought of wearing a suit that way before,,,but now I will! Thanks Bronte’.

Employee who helped my boyfriend.. young kid was too busy and rushed through the measurements because said the employee was too worried about another customer who was flirting with him and needed a suit tailored to accurately measure my boyfriend which caused a very expensive suit to not fit properly

I needed a suit coat blazer for my son, very last minute; with a limited budget. We got very luck and they had a clearance blazer that was perfect and the matching color as well. Even though we weren't spending much, the man that helped us was very helpful. Overly helpful. Teaching my son how to put his arms in the coat. And showing us the variations he could use in the future for multiple looks. I would give this store, the experience and the employee 7 stars if I was able to. Well done.
