Truly wonderful craftsmanship and expertise, well beyond strictly shoe repair. They repaired the border trim of my Louis Vuitton backpack, not only to perfection, but also quite promptly. Additionally the staff is incredibly honest and personable. Overall, if I could give 6/5 stars I would.

Took a belt there to have some of the length taken off. Service was great polite and cheerful. Got belt back and they did an excellent job. I’ve stop through the location twice in the last week. JOHN’s SHOP REPAIR has provided nothing but TOTAL SATISFACTION!!!!!!

Took my shoes here for a few lines of stitches and it was very overpriced, when they tried to give them back though, the job wasn’t even finished, I had to ask them the take them back and continue the job. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I took my 30 year old birks for new cork. I am so happy with the outcome. I upgraded to a soft instep for an additional five bucks. So worth it. They are never coming off my feet. Highly recommend John's!

If you buy cheap throw away footwear and want it repaired for next to nothing don't bother taking them to this or any other repair shop. Throw them out and buy new. But if you have made an investment in the comfort and sustainability of quality shoes or boots and want them refurbished to as good or better than new, this is the place to take them. I have been a customer for many years and have always been completely satisfied. Excellent work at fair prices (always quoted in advance). I recommend this place to my friends.
