Two chain clasps fixed in a matter of minutes. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable! First time there, but from now on this will be where I take any other jewelry that needs to be repaired:)

They are miracle workers!!! As the world’s pickiest person and someone who struggles to make decisions, I thought I’d never find the right engagement ring. However, with Nikki’s help (and patience), we were able to design a ring perfect for me. Every step of the way was painless. On top of that, they were able to finish the ring just in time for our rapidly approaching vacation. Without my knowledge, my partner picked it up the day before we flew out and was able to propose the first full day of our trip. I was shocked they finished it so quickly, and did a fantastic job too. So grateful to have found this place!!!

My brother bought a 5000.00 watch at Azzi jeweler. It soon worked poorly. He took it back to Azzi and they quoted 1500.00 from the factory to repair. My sister-in-law brought it to the Jewelry Doctor. 35.00 and his watch works perfectly. Said it was a simple fix. One day turn around.

I don't usually write reviews cuz I feel like nobody is going to read it. But i had to for this....I had a few, sterling silver chain with broken clasps that I wanted to get fixed. First I went to Medawar in Frandor...I got a quote and QUICKLY left! Just for 1 clasp, they wanted to charge me for what all 3 cost at Jewelry Doctor in Frandor cherged me! Plus, they even gave all 3 chains free cleanings without even asking for it! JD is ahere illbe going from now on for any of my jewelry needs.

This is the only place I will go with my jewelry. Always exceptional work and friendly service. I stopped in today and they made a small necklace chain repair for me while I waited. All in house repairs...perfect! I highly recommend this storeYou won't be sorry

The staff at the Jewelry Doctor have been more than helpful every time I've visited to have my items repaired. They were able to fix my prescription glasses ($15) when SVS Vision said they couldn't be fixed and I had to buy a new pair ($500). I broke them again and they fixed them again for a reasonable cost. They have also repaired my prescription sunglasses for a reasonable price. They repaired all 3 pair while I waited, saving me return trips. I highly recommend this establishment.

Nikki was amazing! My husband and I wanted to customize our wedding rings and get something unique to us. We were hesitant in the beginning but Nikki walked us through the whole process- ordered stones in for us to choose from and even 3D printed the mold of my ring so I could make sure I liked it before we had it made. Could not be happier with both of our rings. Thank you!! Mine was a Green Amethyst with rose gold and moissonite. His was rose gold sleeve with Carbon Fiber exterior. Sorry it took so long to post this review! We had these done in late 2021

I had this ring designed using some of my grandmother's jewelry. Nikki did an awesome job! She presented me with several designs and we finally narrowed it down to two. After several tweaks and changes I decided on this beauty. Nikki, thank you for your creativity and patience while I made my decision.

I took my dead husband's wedding band in to resize it smaller so I could wear it. He wore this ring for 30 years so I know what it looked like. When I got it back they had put a design on the band, it's not the same. Was told to bring it backin. All I wanted was a re size. I only give a 1 star.
