My fiancé went there tonight to try and get us a car because we’re having a baby and need to upgrade. Our credit is bad so my fiancé went there and the manager thought my fiancé said that he was quitting his job in a month instead of hearing what he was actually saying. My fiancé told the manager that his job was moving in a month so the manager said the corporate company that he was quitting his job so he got declined because of that. Not declined because of his credit but because of the stupid manager!! Do better Byrider and hire better employees smh!!

Great Staff, super helpful, honest & open about the vehicles on their lot. Bought the only car I test drove due to the salesman’s knowledge on the vehicles. I had totalled my 2010 Dodge Avenger after a deer smashed into the front end. Had no choice but to go to Byrider. Had the car since Oct 2023 and have had a creaking sound under the car for months. Dealer stated before purchase they would fix it. Been to the dealer 4x for this issue and they keep telling me they can't hear anything. Everyone who's been in my car has heard this noise. My car is also only worth. About $7k and they have me paying almost double that in interest. That being said, my $7000 car has cost me a total of just over 21,000 for a used Cadillac CTS Luxury Edition. On top of that my back up cam doesn't work, interior lights had to be repaired, it's not July 2024 and I need a new sway bar link, new struts, rotors and brakes. This place is a rip off and I highly DON'T work with you.
