My first time here. I was greeted by the friendly employee at the desk. We were immediately greeted from the nice bud tender that took us back to the room where she was very helpful answered all my questions. She was very friendly it seem to really like doing her job. She had some great knowledge of the products I was looking to purchase. Definitely will be back to the dispensary. They had some great deals. I liked how they had lots of different products to choose from

My boy Jordan deserves a raise. My man has been work in JARS lansing for a yeah and a half and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I got all the deals I was eligible for and since it was my second time in, he made this a memorable experience. I’m a little slow and need things repeated and he had no problem reiterating some rules and deals when most people would get a little mad or inpatient with me. I saved over $115 and got more than I asked for. JARS if you are reading this, you have an employee that cares about his job. Give this man a raise!!!

Have been going here for years it was amazing at first but as of recent the service has severely declined we have got nothing but nasty trim weed for delivery and paying good prices by the way, after getting the 5th oz in a row of hay I decided to call and was nice about it the customer service was rude, not sorry or apologetic at all oh just come and exchange it if your not happy. Thats why I got delivery so I did not have to waste my time and gas and then I tipped your driver. Before give had problems they always would make it right and usually 5 bucks off next order for the inconvenience I can see now they don’t care about your orders and I will not be back it seems they don’t care anymore about people who spend thousands in their establishment.

Ian is the BEST budtender. He’s super knowledgeable, and is always hyped and seems genuinely excited to talk about the products available at the time. Even if he’s having a bad day, you’d never know, because he’s always smiling, and you can tell he enjoys his job! Jars needs more employees like him! Keep up the great work, Ian.

Jordon was amazing, informative, educated and well versed in all products. Answered all my questions, made amazing suggestions. The more he shared the more I shopped!!!He asked questions about my experience, what I wanted out of the products, what I was looking for as well as asking about my experience with previous products.These questions some may think intrusive, but they aren’t, they are asked to ensure each customer gets exactly what they want and need to ensure they get the experience they are looking for or to get the relief they need.Thank you so much for your expertise and knowledge to ensure my shopping experience is and was amazing.

We have been there two times now and each time Ian has helped us. He is very knowledgeable and funny and very easy to talk to. Hope to see him again.The only problem I have is, I'm hearing impaired and the music is so loud it is hard for me to hear. So I have to always ask him to repeat. I wish they would turn the music down.

Update My favorite buy is the breeze vibes. Today I tried the MKX disposable vape. I like it so far good flavor!Today December 9th 2022. I had the pleasure of working with Anthony! He is very friendly and also very helpful. I always talk any budtenders ear off when I come in. Hopefully that don't get the employees in any trouble. I have the worst gift to Gabe. Sometimes I feel like certain employees follow me watching how I interact with the employees. If your employees can't be courtous, friendly and know different products in the store then that budtender is not for me. If they don't talk and are dry personality I don't click with people like that. I need friendly personalities. So Big shout out to Anthony today. You rock!!!Great friendly environment!! Jeeter flavors are here. They have the biggest selection so far from my visits around different shops. Def will go back!?11/10/2023Kerry helped me the 2nd. Time I came in. I missed an item it didn’t add to my order. Great place to shop!Def visit this store often. Good products
