We were on our way from Lapeer to Holland towing our fifth wheel trailer and the Ram truck suddenly went into Limp Mode. Being Saturday, nothing was open but J.T. picked up the call. He came and ran a scan on the code which seemed to show a serious transmission problem. We were stuck near Frandor when JT said "there is a nice campground not to far from here" and when he called Cottonwood, they made room for us. JT led us there and we literally limped in (pun intended) and were able to unhitch the trailer. Even though he was unable to fix the problem, he made sure that we were able to park in a safe place until we could get help Monday morning. When I asked him what do we owe you he replied. "Nothing, we are good"! While I don't even know the mans name (except JT) I just want to say that we are eternally grateful to him for the kindness he showed us that day. He spent several hours with total strangers and asked nothing in return. Thank you very much Mister JT! You are really special. Oh yes, the unfortunate end to this story is that we do need a new transmission and our truck and trailer were towed back home the following Friday.
