They messed up my tire and than texted me that I need to wash my mouth out with soap cause I was over the moon mad at them for messing up a simple tire change.

Company towed vehicle into my shop yesterday driver was grumpy and asked to use bathroom after he left one of my guys went into the bathroom and found that he urinated all over my floor in puddle form. I understand little splash but definitely not a puddle of urine

These are the best guys to call for towing! My husband got stranded by the first towing company that was called saying they couldn't find his truck in the parking lot. iTow easily found my husband in the parking lot and stayed with him until a larger tow truck was sent to take him home. I needed a tire change on a rainy day. Owner had other things going but managed to stop by me with another vehicle on his truck within a half hour, and changed the tire before I could break a bill to pay him. Price was half that of another local place.

Excellent service! My roadside service had called a different tow truck company out of St Johns but when that driver arrived, he said he couldn’t get my car out of the ditch so iTow was called instead and I’m so glad they were. Sam was very knowledgeable about how to get my car out of the ditch and did it safely and efficiently. We were out in no time! I would highly recommend this company.Service: Car towing
