Karen, who is unfortunately not working there anymore, was absolutely stellar in setting up my then husband and I with a policy after we had a nightmare experience with another company. I stayed at Rathbun paying a little more for what was undoubtedly better insurance for years out of loyalty to her and the customer service I was provided.
