"Unsurpassed comprehensive and compassionate medical care" I don't think so. I received everything but that from Dr. Mitchell, her staff and Sandy the "office manager". My first visit was okay, but the second I brought forth a concern about my unhappiness with how my care was being handled, I was treated very, very poorly from there on out. Instead of trying to correct my concerns and do better, I was shunned away by referral after referral. Was told on my second visit "If I wasn't happy with the care I was getting, I could go somewhere else". Tests results are not talked about with you by the doctor. A nurse calls you to reiterate the same results you can read online instead of explaining to you what they mean. This is a huge waste of time; you can't ask her any questions because she "doesn't know" and will have to call the doctor to go over it with her. This place doesn't know how to communicate with each other let alone a patient and isn't very skilled in patient care for CKD. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs! I do not recommend and will be consulting with my attorney.

Dr. Dudash is the real deal. She's a hidden gem of a dr. Who thinks outside the box, and helps me greatly with my rare disease. Compassionate and down to earth, the first specialist who treats me like an actual human being. I am so thankful I found her!

We were told by a PA, while he was typing, that my husband would be needing dialysis. When I asked what we could do to slow this process,'" lose weight."We are now seeing one of the DOs in the practice, without any change in the approach. "We will put in two ports, a fistula and one for peritoneal." We asked again what we could do to change the outcome for dialysis.Although the website for Nephrology states it offers compassionate care, we have not seen or heard that. Where is an educational approach to CKD? Kidneys do regenerate.
