Our LG tv started having issues and home electronics is who LG has do warranty work. Tim at the front desk is very friendly and chris the tech who came out was very friendly also. Appointment times where always met at the beginning of a 3 hour window which was nice. Chris was quick to repair our tv .

Chris was amazing! I am a licensed mechanical and plumbing contractor and my 3 month old dryer went out. He listened to my symptoms, ordered the part before making the trip, and repaired it in under an hour. As a person who runs a large trade services business, I know good service and expertise when I see it.

I called in to have my Samsung washer looked at after another company said what is was doing was "Normal" its not normal. I called Home Electronics and they automatically knew what the issue was and ordered the parts right on the phone with me. Parts came in, they scheduled the repair, washer runs like a dream now and no longer sounds like its about to explode through the floor. Highley reccommmend Home Electronics. They are super knowledgable and professional. Will definetly use them again.

My LG tv broke, LG set up repairs by this place. It is a authorized service for LG. A technician was sent to repair in home. After an attempt to repair he took my tv and said it needed to be repaired at the shop. It's been a month now. Home Electronics will not answer the phone, will not respond to text messages or Face Messenger messagesWe were contacted by Home Electronics today.The shop was closed because of the holidays and they had covid cases as well. My tv has been repaired today and will be returned tomorrow.I have upgraded my star rating.

When I converted from a Tube to a Flat Screen Television in 2008, I researched for months looking for the Perfect 1080p with 240hz refresh but the search was disappointing until I found my LG. Well last week she started showing signs of exhaustion and I wasn't ready to put her down so I took it to Home Electronics.I was told the the Main Board needed to be replaced and after they searched, found and installed the new Main Board, she's like New! Thanks Again ?

Was very pleased with the service at this place. They were very fair with their quoting process and prices. My TV was fixed in the timeline they gave, and is again working flawlessly without having to drop even more on replacing it!

My 55 in Samsung LED quit working. Home Electronics took care of the repair promptly and reasonably. They were very professional and I would recommend them highly!

Basic "service fee" to see what's wrong, I didn't end up fixing the TV because of what ended up being wrong. Great service, timely updates, and will return for other electronics.
