Our LG tv started having issues and home electronics is who LG has do warranty work. Tim at the front desk is very friendly and chris the tech who came out was very friendly also. Appointment times where always met at the beginning of a 3 hour window which was nice. Chris was quick to repair our tv .

Chris was amazing! I am a licensed mechanical and plumbing contractor and my 3 month old dryer went out. He listened to my symptoms, ordered the part before making the trip, and repaired it in under an hour. As a person who runs a large trade services business, I know good service and expertise when I see it.
