I have been using the Holt Pharmacy for just about 10 years and love them. They are always nice and professional. While the weekend schedule is a little different I know what their schedule is and work schedule accordingly. Would recommend them to anyone

This pharmacy is the best in the area, hands down. They handle my grandma’s medication very well. The pharmacy team here is always caring, informative and prompt.
They always fill the medications on time and give courtesy calls when the medications are ready! Excellent customer service whenever I need anything. Would recommend this pharmacy to anyone I know, 10/10.

This is the rudest pharmacy ever! The foreign lady was rude and wouldn't give me her name so I can complain. And they don't even call you to let you know the Rx is done or if you need refills. Terrible pharmacy, not very organized and rude!!!!

Well let’s just say I started at this pharmacy because I was looking for the one on one service you get when dealing with a small pharmacy. Even with there hours the way they are I was willing to stay with them.. I have had a few things happen and today was the last straw. Shortly after starting with them I had a medication that was supposed to be in the bag that was not so I called after I got home to let them know. I was told then that it was in the bag and I needed to keep looking. After about 2 hours they called back saying sorry we found your medication you can come get it. I didn’t think to much more about it. Then some months later I get a face book message asking me if I was the Jennifer Tompkins that took a thyroid medication and it had the name of the medication in the message. I said yes that’s my name yes I use holt pharmacy and yes I take that medication. The lady went on to tell me that she received my meds in her bag and seeing how it was a Friday afternoon and they wouldn’t be open till Monday she was worried that I was missing it and may need it. So the lady and I made arrangements to meet up and get my meds. Then today I said something to them about meds I picked up last month that only had 30 of them instead of 60. It was not going to kill me if I missed a couple weeks so I didn’t say anything until today when I went to pick up the new month and all I said was I’m going to open the bag now and make sure there’s 60 of the pills and not just 30 I was shorted 2 weeks last month. I was not rude or nasty I just was letting them know. I take a lot of meds and I understand that mistakes happen. After pulling out of the drive through I get a very nasty call from the women pharmacist that runs the place. She was very rude saying I needed to come in and count all my meds before leaving the store because there’s something wrong with me cause they account for every pill and I’m the only one that has this trouble with them. She was loud and yelling and very unprofessional.saying there something wrong with me. Now people these are not any controlled substances that I’m trying to say they are shorting me. No not at all there would be no benefit of me taking more of the medication then what’s prescribed.I asked her if she’s saying that the people who reached out to me with my medication that they gave them was the only time they have ever messed up and it’s never happened before or sense? She just got very defensive and continued to yell at me. I ultimately just hung up on her. This is a horrible way to treat someone who didn’t come to you yelling and screaming and I have never had these problems with any other pharmacy. I can’t believe the disrespect and shitty customer service I received and will not be going back.

Holt pharmacy is a small family pharmacy downstairs from care free medical.
They do an amazing job and the past 4 years I've been going here they have done a stellar job.
Would recommend to anyone needing a pharmacy that actually cares about their clientel!

These people used to be helpful/nice but today the Russian sounding woman (Ana I think) decided to be nasty with me and hang up after saying something rude to me; she's always had an attitude and I never liked her but now they're totally out of line.She first refused to fill my prescription since I wasn't a "regular patient" even if my doctor called it down. I had done nothing to her besides having some of my prescriptions switched to the nearby Rite Aid due to this place's overly restrictive hours that I honestly just can't work with. Then I asked what exactly is keeping her from filling a prescription sent down by a doctor, and she lied and said she's already told me "five times" without any further explanation. When I asked "five times?" she immediately just hung up the phone. This woman is nasty and I would recommend strongly against doing business with these people. They have a couple of normal humans who also work there but you never know if you'll get the nice or mean one on the phone.
