Bruh shit says open on Google maps door says opens at 9am it's 10 and ain't no sign of anything watched 2 more people try to walk in just to met by locked door and confusion when look down at business hours see 9am but no one home. I've tried calling multiple times as well as their other branch to see if they had any idea or knew who was on schedule for today but neither have answered over an hour past posted business hours and still not nothing wack as shit.

Always closed , Google hours are incorrect. Always hand written signs "be back in 10" and plus their prices are a joke. New workers weekly. Horrible and unprofessional . Don't go there.

Would be nice if you changed your business hours online. Drove all the way out there because it said you were open until 10 pm. NOT .. open.Change it.

Been going to the haven for most of 3 years. Normally I would give it a 5 but for the last few months it's hit or miss if they are even open let alone have the kratom I use and it's normally the only place I can get white hulu powder or caps. They at least need to update the hours on the door and on Google. If they are even still in operation.

I would not get any glass here. Nine times out of 10 it’s going to be damaged. Bought a hooka setup from here and it had a crack in the bottom no padding in the packaging. When I try to return it I threw my receipt away assuming the product was working. So I was told to email the owners but I haven’t gotten a response back basically ignored. There is a smoke shop up the street with better options and people.
