I had a hard time finding a shop that would work on my vintage German car. Handz On was amazing to work with. Chris really knows these cars, and he suggested a great ongoing solution to my problem. Scott was great with communication, and I was really pleased with the repairs.

Very good facility for Foreign Auto repair. Our repair quote was thorough, and if we decide to proceed with repairs, Handz On is the shop to remember that total figure on the quote.

I am very angry! Due to the bad service, I took my car to change the spark plugs, they charged me 400 dollars, my car then started to heat up and shake, they gave me a 350 dollar bill, then they called saying that the computer is bad that it needs to be changed and that this happened because they put the spark plugs were bad, I had to pay 1254.90 dollars, the car lasted 2 weeks with them, they delivered it to me and the next day when I was going to work, the light turned on again and it started to shake, I took it immediately and they told me that now I have to pay 1140 Dollars! My question is are you guessing what the car has? It is unfair that they are taking money even though they are because they are very good mechanics, but no!

I took it up there for a startup situation. They diagnosed it as a purge valve control solenoid. After I received my car back from the original diagnostic, my car alarm kept going off the car still has the same problem and they gave me the run-around when I can bring it back relook at it. Horrible horrible I just wasted 600 plus dollars with two extra problems after they touched it. Now my driver side window won't track right after they trying to find out why the car alarm kept going off that's not what I even brought it up there for and they gave me two extra problems. And never even fix the original problem. When the supervisor got my text messages, knew I was dissatisfied,the original mechanic call me back. I didn't know whether I was talking to Cheech or Chong ?Hey man...far out....? Trying to describe to me all the extra diagnostic tooling that he will have to buy to figure out my car problem. No thank you.

Got me in quickly after a holiday and charged a fair price for their services. Proprietor seemed knowledgeable and willing to work with me. Only loses a star for taking an extra day to get my vehicle on a lift without informing me beforehand. Otherwise I would recommend this shop to those with foreign vehicles.

I do not recommend taking your vehicle here I took my 2011 Nissan Altima here because I needed a transmission replacement apon speaking with Chris I explained to him I had it diagnosed in two different places and was told I needed a transmission I had my car towed over there and three days later was told it wasn't my transmission it was the engine so I excepted that because in my mind I'm not a mechanic so they know what there talking about I gave them 3700 dollars they had my vehicle a week and a half I spoke with them three times and was told everything was going great and I could pick it up when I got there to pick it up my car was loud and I was told it needed a transmission witch I told them that from the beginning so he further instructed me to drive it a lil bit and everything should be good I made it home and my car went back to doing the same thing it was doing before I had it sent there not driving the problem was never solved 3700 dollars later and being a single mother of 5 children that money wasn't easy to come by they never tried to help figure out a solution to get my car fixed I'm very livid and will be seeking court assistance because i feel like I was played out out money that I could have put on a new vehicle to get me and my kids were we need to be instead I'm out of money and a vehicle with no assistance or help from them I don't recommend anyone taking your car there especially if there just taking money from single women who work hard to provide for there family's I've yet to receive a call or anything about this matter

Pay twelve hundred dollars Coolant fan alternator.
Alternator Upper radiator hose Improperly installed no host clamp.
Radiator bracket bolts missing I had to fix this shop's work I would advise people to stay away

Charged a hefty diagnostic fee on my range Rover to tell me I need to take it to the range Rover dealership could have just said we can't do anything and would have had a customer for life ... But you didn't.. so now u don't P. S. stop texting me for reviews you don't want it

Chris, Scott and the entire Handz On team are fantastic. They are nothing but honest with what is wrong with your car, how much it cost to fix and what needs to be done immediately. We had my Kia Sorento at the Dealership and Tuffy. Both places kept passing the buck on who’s fault caused the damage. Handz On was recommended by a co worker and we decided to get a third opinion. Come to find out the catalytic converter that Tuffy replaced twice was put on backwards. After not having the car for 2 weeks we had Handz On fix it. The car runs like brand new and we will not being going anyplace else for either of our cars in the future. Thank You so much for the fantastic work! Rob and Trina Shaw

I had my '17 Pathfinder in today for electrical issues; no heat/blower, power windows taking out INFO center. As a customer, + I've known Chris for 10+yrs. Better than any dealer.for almost 10 yrs. So smart, so detailed, he + his crew are simply the BEST ever. Forget dealers. This is your place to fix what's wrong. I'll not go anywhere else.
