Moved from them a few months ago they were working double. Don't know if they signed up for it but they were hung over and much more. Asking to use the bathroom over and over. They ruined my bedframe. Then a few day later I realized things were missing. Call there 3rd party line and no call back. Might be like this because of the bad call back. Lost a lot of money don't do the same.

Communication, Quality and Value! Good Guys Moving is a family owned business that knows how to get a job done! I called to get a quote and was greeted professionally and provided excellent customer service. We made arrangements to have 3 movers unload a 26’ U-Haul truck. I was quoted a fair price and a time to expect the team. On the day of appointment, they arrived a few hours late BUT I knew that was a possibility because that was communicated in my initial call. Also, it’s the nature of the business…you never know how long a job is going to take until you get there. They kept me informed and arrived ready to work! The 3 man team was amazing. They were respectful of us and our belongings. They got the job done fast and at an awesome price. I can’t endorse them more strongly!

Good guys moving helped me load, move, unload and assemble a couch from Costco to my place. They were available around 5 hours before the scheduled time. They were very prompt in their service. They did the assembly very quick. I would definitely recommend them.

Used them 10.7.23. Broke my 75in Flat Screen TV......no compensation and radio silence!! Claim to be licensed and insured but they aren't!!! I'm out a beautiful television set!!!

I have used Good Guys Moving & Services on two occasions and have been very pleased both times. All of the movers and the office staff have been friendly, timely and efficient. They have gone above and beyond when it comes to service - and are greatly appreciated.

Had a great experience with this company! Other companies were slow to respond to me and this company picked up the phone the first time, gave me a fair and reasonable quote, and were able to schedule me with just a week's notice. The guys showed up within their quoted timeframe, and got the job done quickly. I would definitely use this company again!

I had a great first experience with them and they were super friendly and very helpful. I decided to use them this second time for moving/assembling a separate couch and experienced a complete 180. I was given a time frame and they were late, they were very rude, and did not set up the couch as originally discussed and even stated that it would cost an extra fee. I would have paid it but the other person helping stated 'they didn't have time'. I paid and he literally ran out the door and when I attempted to stop him to give him his tip he said 'keep it' and kept running. Super disappointed.

Not a good experience, charged for extra time that they weren’t here for and also gave us an extra mover when not asked for a extra mover and charged it to us anyway
