Manager was a dickhead, wouldn't let me return a game that I had just purchased and not used. He incorrectly told me that the game I had purchased wasn't playable on my console. He then made me keep the game that I couldn't play on my console because, as I mentioned before, he's a fucking dickhead.

We came in earlier at 3:25pm to buy something. The worker running the store had it locked and was putting up a sign that he'd be back at 4:00. I get it, he was probably going on break. The problem is, we came back at 4:40 and the store is still locked and he must've come back to take the sign down. In this time, at least 3 people tried going in... what a waste of time. Very unhappy.

At 3:25, guy told me he’s going on a 30 minute lunch break. I left for over an hour and no one is still there. There are others trying to go in aswell and the guy isn’t here. It’s approaching to an hour and a half since he was gone.

Literally the ONLY GameStop I go to. Staff is allowed to hold a conversation without having to select the "please buy our credit card" NPC line.

Fingerprinting customers?! Get out of here!The value of GameStop has always been about buying and selling used games. But to do so at this location, they want:- your phone number- your license- your fingerprintsPlease, please do not provide this information to retailers! Your personal data and biometric identity is more valuable than the $2 they offer for your used game.This is dystopian and I hope customers steer clear!

I always have the worst experience at this location. They get annoyed when you come in and they have to do their job. They told me they didn't have something; yet two of them were hanging on the wall behind her, she just didn't want to look. This is the worst location.
