I got quotes from 5 businesses and this was the only one that didn't try to nickel and dime me for a few hundred dollars. They did the analysis to get me the right sized unit for my home, and I can say of all the individuals I met, the owner/operator is incredibly ethical and trustworthy. I highly recommend them!

Replaced 44 year old Furnace. Installed New Modulating Furnace & Air Conditioning. Excellent Price from Furnace/AC Direct and Nate Cagle even turned in the Credit to Consumers Energy for me & called and scheduled the Inspection after installation. The install was a few days after the 13 inch snow storm in February 2022. Furnace on Feb 7 and AC on Feb 8. Nate was precise, professional, friendly and the install was great. Nate guided me through the whole process from proposal in November 2021 to Installation on Feb 7-8 2022. Nate worked with us when the equity loan shifted close dates several times. The pictures below are after they were inspected and green stickered. I got a good quality installation for a good price and Nate is helpful and patient. I would highly recommend Furnace AC Direct. Nate was extremely informative, professional, and got our AC installed unbelievably fast! It's clear that he cares about his customers and was very honest with us about increasing prices (like everything else in the world right now!). He is willing to work with your budget (to the best of his ability) and offer solutions when needed. His work is very clean and organized, all wires & pipes are neatly sucured and tucked out of the way. Nate Cagle was quick to schedule an appointment. He was absolutely thorough in his explanation, leaving us feeling like we were making an informed decision and also the best decision for us. He always kept his word and arrived when he said he would. He didn't just send a crew, he personally came and did the work. Nate is a Christian man who fulfills his promises. He set the date and time that he would be here to install my A/C and was prompt with his arrival. He set an acceptable down payment and wouldn't take any more than that until the job was done. After he finished the installation he physically went over everything including how to do simple annual maintenance. It is not my normal personal policy to recommend anyone no matter how good they are. I'm making an exception in the case of Nate and Furnace/AC Direct.Service: Install AC
