I love her energy and personality the photos of the hair she did on line look amazing! she did a good job cutting my hair thought she went about 6 inches shorter then I had wanted(I'm pretty upset) and I look like Lord Farquad. She also brushed and cut part of my hair when it dry I had to ask her not to do that which was awkward. I should have not been put in that position to begin with since she is obviously a professional and does great work I'm gonna chuck it up to the fact I just don't think she has experience with fine curly hair like my own. I am sad she blocked my review from being seen on Google so came here.

Finally found a place that does Japanese hair straightening! Moved here from out of state and have been looking for a place to get my hair permanently straightened and finally found it. The first place I went to was okay but the girl who did it charged by the hour and it way too much! It left my hair tangled as well, which has never happened in my 10 years of straightening. This place did my hair for less, still pricey but not outrageous. It also came with the best haircut I've had in years! I have already booked my follow up treatment as you have to go back every 6-8months.

Yili was a really nice hairstylist. she knew what I want. She was very patient to know what style I want, and she would give her professional suggestion for me. I'm very satisfied with my hair style and hair color. I will come again next time.

To put it short: Yili is the BEST Believe me when I say I have had some AWFUL experiences getting my hair colored, and had pretty much written off ever attempting it again... until I read Yili's reviews and decided she would be the last chance I took on coloring my hair. I'm so happy that I did!!! I have a *thing* about flat ironing my hair (basically to death) every day until it is straight as possible, with high heat. She didn't scold me (for the heat damage I clearly had inflicted on myself), tell me not to do that anymore, and move on...Yili actually took the time to show me how to style my hair to achieve the look I wanted, without the heat damage. I am so thankful for that! And so is my hair. On top of that amazingness, she did the best job on my color!!!! This is the first time I have ever actually had the result I wanted and I am so happy with it. Yili takes the time to figure out what you are truly looking to achieve with your color, and she knows her stuff. Those pictures on Pinterest that seem totally unachievable IRL and probably photoshopped? Yili can actually do that!!!! My favorite part?? She told me exactly what it was going to cost before she even started, so there were no surprises when pay time came around! Overall I had a great experience. The time seemed to fly by because we were so busy chatting. And bonus, Yili doesn't try to push you to purchase product. None of that "you HAVE to use this specific product" bullcrap that you sometimes run into in other salons. I absolutely recommend going to see Yili for all of your hair needs!

Yili is fantastic! I was far overdue for a cut and color, and not only was she able to squeeze an extensive appointment in during the busy season and work with my limited availability, she was able to achieve BEAUTIFUL vivid color results and update my cut to make my hair look healthy again!

Stay away from this place! This woman is all about money. She wasted 30 minutes of my life about how much she would like to charge. She was never intended to offer the service at Groupon price. It is just a trick. I think a good hair dresser should have some pride in it. She does not. She has no shame! Stay away. There are way better places in town. Go to headliners. Re: I could not believe what this barber wrote back. You should follow your own words: no one respects you because you are not worth to be respectful. B.T.W., I have enough respects from people and really do not have cravings from an inadequate barber.

I overheard this woman, Yilin's conversation with my friend. She sounds really mean and cheap. She is so cheap that all she talked about is money, money and money. I never heard anyone so greedy and just simply CHEAP! Also I think she is mental and needs to see a psychiatrist. Stay away from this place if you cherish your life!!! I would not be surprised if she poison her customers! Stay AWAY!!!

Absolutely LOVED my experience here She talked me through all of the products she was using and helped me figure out what I wanted to do with my hair. She was super nice and gentle and the whole experience was super relaxing. The place was nicely clean and decorated! So worth the time!

Yili is amazing! She has an amazing attention to detail. My hair is thick and coarse and she always cuts my hair so that I leave feeling like my hair is bouncy with dimension, instead of heavy/flat and mousy. She is also an expert in color- from rich chestnut brown, to red, blond and all colors of the rainbow, she will make you feel like a celebrity! My latest service with Yili was a Brazilian Blowout- which I highly recommend to anyone who wants to brighten their color, increase softness/shine and decrease frizz!
