I got to say the experience from day one dealing with this company has been outstanding. If I could give 10 Stars I would but they're only letting me do five. Amy, the manager of the North Grand River location was not only thorough and informative but very very understanding of my situation and went above and beyond any issues that arose. She was helpful, kind, courteous, cheerful, and so had so much empathy towards my situation. It made me feel good that I was able to leave all my stuff here. Not only that, she checks on me every time I come in to the park and make sure that I'm okay with all my belongings. What a wonderful place! Thank you, Amie 10 Stars
