Funny ups, usps and Amazon can deliver to my house but your cowardly little drivers can't seem to do there jobs. 3 times my package has now been delayed for no reason other then pure laziness. Do better do what you get paid for you make plenty.

These people absolutely just do not want to do their job. I took an entire day off of work, after driving to the shop and being told they had my item and it was too large for my vehicle. The next day they didn’t even attempt to deliver instead lied and said they couldn’t deliver. Okay but you attempted 2 times before and it wasn’t an issue. Then they told me they would re attempt someone would call me. They never called never tried. Never left a “door tag” took it back to the office and said oh well it’s here now come get it. Worst customer service ever.

Fedex and UPS both place packages in front of the garage. I have almost ran over a package numerous times backing out of my garage because I didn't know the package was there. It's only common sense not to do this. Tracking on this last package said it came from Lansing. On the tracking notes they stated they left the package at the front door. They did NOT. They also drove on the lawn. We have a huge place to turn around there was no need to drive on the lawn.

Absolutely fed up with the experience I’ve had over the past two weeks. Your mobile app doesn’t solve problems, no consumer wants to talk to an automated phone call, your estimated delivery times are never accurate (took half a day off today, full day off last week - due to signature).

I really wish FedEx would answer my calls and messages about a missing package instead of repeatedly telling me the case is closed and contact my apartment office. I along with maintenance and a leasing manager had checked all mailrooms within a few hours after the delivery was "made" by FedEx. I doubt someone stole my package from a mailroom that required a key fob to access, but FedEx refuses to answer my calls so I can find out where my package even could be.

The ladies in the office are very nice. The drivers are completely incompetent. My package is 3 days late amd they want me to come pick it up instead of it being delivered.

Sick of these ppl not doing their Simple Job. They claim they attempted to deliver & no one was home. Package does not require signature. Why not just leave it at my door like every other package... because they did not attempt delivery like they claimed. Step ur game up FedEx!

Was in and out in no time. They even had a flat cart to put all my heavy boxes on and roll on in. Love it!
