Just got my oil changed and Jason was extremely helpful and he went out of his way to help me and explain to me how I could and should attend to my vehicle moving forward. He was a very big help and he took very good care of me and my vehicle.

I rarely leave reviews. But I am not impressed with Fast Eddies. I thought I would give them a try due to them being near where I live and you get a free car wash with oil change. The car wash was the best part of the whole thing. During the oil change, I watched the guy and he didn't do 21 point inspection as advertised is done with all oil changes. He did not check my tires, lights, battery, air filter wipers or anything else. Too bad he didn't check these things because I know I need a new air filter and wipers. He cost the company a sale. I ended up going to Auto Zone after the oil change and buying what I needed and did it myself. I looked in my rearview mirror and they were doing the inspection on the car behind me. Why is it that I didn't receive the same service? Valvoline has friendlier service and actually do all of the checks that are supposed to be done. I will be going back to Valvoline and will never return to Fast Eddies.

They showed me a white card with a swipe of oil on it and told me it was my transmission fluid. When I wouldn’t agree to have the transmission fluid replaced (they tried twice-it became bullying the second time). I made it to St. Johns and my oil light went on. I checked my gas cap and it wasn’t that. All my other gauges were normal. I still drove my car and when I got back I called Town and Country-I’ve used them for my last four cars. I brought it in. They had to fasten down a filter checked my car all out. Oh and they showed me my transmission fluid and it was pink! T&C didn’t charge me a dime. I won’t ever be back.

Very impressed with the service I received today at the car wash. Those boys went well above and beyond to get my dirt road and farm dirty car clean.
Manager, these boys are great employees. They deserve a raise!
