That new assistant manager (heavy set Caucasian woman with dark hair) is real close to getting cussed out. A few weeks ago my wife and I entered the store. She didn’t say anything to us but made a point to greet the people that walked in directly behind us. I noticed it but just brushed it off. A few minutes later as we are shopping through the store we noticed her following us (the only black people in the store). We ignored it and kept shopping. A few minutes after, she comes to the end of the aisle we were in and in a rude tone says “Can I help you?” As if we were not supposed to be there or something. We ignored her finished our shopping and left…… Today my wife went into the store to purchase some bleach, she dropped her chime debit card inside of the store. After walking around a few minutes searching for it she asked this same assistant manager if she had seen the card, she said “NO, you must’ve left it at home”. My wife then came out to the car which I was sitting in to make sure she didn’t drop it in the car. It was not there so she goes back into the store and asks a different employee if they seen the card they said no, then proceeded to ask the same lady that my wife just asked. This lady now says “oh yea I have it in the drawer someone just turned it in” That was a blatant lie seeing as tho no other customers were in the store and no one had come in or out the entire time we were there. She had the card the whole time and watched my wife searching for it and lied and probably would not have given it back had her coworker not said anything. She needs to be terminated or at minimum receive some customer service and diversity and inclusion training. Don’t get me wrong not all the employees are like that, Steve is awesome and I loved Barbie when she was there, but this new chick gotta go.

Might be the coolest family Dollar Dollar tree combination store I've ever been in the staff was super super nice and they close at 7:00 understandably but they waited for me to finish it was very clean and organized I highly recommend driving out here to go to the Dollar tree family Dollar combination store off of Old 27

The reason it gets 2 stars isn’t the people that work here , they are fine it’s the inaccuracies of prices like in photo trash bags say $2.00 they charged me $2.50 the 4 ok of sponges are $1.65 they charged me $1.75 I will say it seems sneaky and will rip you off if you don’t watch how things are rung up. Rant Over. Rant Started The second time in a week added photo cat litter is $5.75 it charged me $6.75 I don’t know what’s going on but I about to leave Family Dollar and go to Dollar General just up the road instead so think about that Corporate. This happens so much now I’m going to hold up the line and look through the receipt every time from now on. I do want to add there was a excellent Manager from last year that worked there I wish I could remember her name but it’s seems ever since she’s no longer there things are a bit off.
